   THE WORSE SHOP EVER. THE STAFF IS NOT NICE AT ALL APART FROM THE TURKISH GIRL WHO USED TO WORK THERE THEY HAVE SACKED HER FOR NO REASON. SHE WAS THE BEST IN THAT SHOP. I HAVENT BEEN THERE SINCE SHE HAS GONE. VERY NICE GIRL

   Went in today to purchase a jumper and the shop floor assistant was friendly. Show me where the fitting room was. However, the worker at the till was cold and moody. Perhaps, hire staff that are happy to work here or just get rid of them.

   My friend and I went to visit Surrey on the way to our our stay in london we thought it be a nice to checkout a few clothing stores. As soon as we walked in, there was this customer service rudeness going on with other customers there from out of croydon, as we are from out of Croydon as well. Asking a simple question why you telling us not to enter other stores owner us cut off. I was no longer interested in item in my hand and felt the need to leave straight away. We ended up going to CoCo a few shops away as the owner was very welcoming. Better store, nice looking, gentlemen of owner.

   Vibe clothing are mostly sized for 6-14 you may find some slight bigger. They have a ranges of nice clothing they can be over price for what they are. The clothing is made cheap. But overall you will find something nice to wear.

   I bought 3 £12.99 tops from here and one ripped right at the armpit with me wearing it for the first time (it fit me perfectly) as a regular customer and the purchase being a couple of weeks before, I went in there without the receipt because I didn't think I needed to keep it as I never had a problem with anything I bought . The lady was so nice and was willing to exchange it for the same top . However, a man who works there there refused to give it to me when it was the only shop that sold this top and accused me of getting it from other shop because 'his clothes don't break'... so I said 'I've wasted almost 15 pound' because I forgot the price and he raised his hand and said look you don't even know the price so I didn't get it from here. Absolutely disappointed
