   I was doing shopping, choosing clothes and they closed fitting room at 16:30. So early they closing. But the nice lady offered me to leave clothes for the next day and to try it tomorrow. It saved so much time. She was so nice! Next day they opened at 12-1 p.m .I came at 11:00, just wasted time. Sales are crazy, I bought 6 items for only 16£. Nice. Dresses only 5£ which were 40£. Only would like if they would do some renovation in their store. I live in that area for 3 years, and even 3 years ago those fitting rooms were the most disgusting comparing to other stores. And still - after 3 years, no renovation! Looks awful. The mirrors dirty, never washed, curtains dirty, walls even more! The light in all fitting rooms incredibly bad.

   I bought £50 worth of helix/cartilage earrings on 31 May. The earrings were impossible to align with the ball backing and so I spoke to customer service who advised me to return the items in store for a reason. The manager acknowledged that there was a manufacturing fault but said she didn't want to refund the items because she didn't want it to appear as a refund in her store. I have been advised to go back to customer service online to arrange to post the items to head office which is sending me back and forth. The manager should have refunded the items due to the manufacturing fault and then sent the items to head office themselves so that the issue could be investigated as a design flaw and manufacture issue. Clearly a flat back would have made the earrings wearable.

   The young tanned security guard this morning 10am (25/06) just constantly stares and when you look at him he just still stares. I understand he has a job to do, but not friendly at all. No smiling or good morning. Made me feel very uncomfortable and left.

   Another visit in April 2023. Sunday staff shortage and fitting rooms closed. Previous - Just went in for a click and collect. Entered shop on first floor and saw no sign board at tills. Went down and see sign board starting C&C on first floor, staff weren't very welcoming either.

   Terrible service I waited for 40 minutes in the queue and when I went to pay the shop assistant refused me to serve because I said can you please be more productive because lots of people where waiting while she was having a chat with one of the customers Manager Daniela was very rude . I will never comeback there again

   Changing rooms are always a mess, staff aren't particularly helpful and prices have definitely increased considerably in the last year.

   Awful south asian female employee who yelled “if you’re not going to buy it, put it back!!” whilst she walked passed me still trying some clothes on in front of a mirror (as for some reason they had closed their fitting rooms at 3pm on Sunday 9 October). My intention from the outset was to put them back, but as I was totally shocked and appalled by her disgusting manners, I decided not to do so. She then yelled again “I said if you’re not gonna buy them, put them back!”, scaring all the other customers around her on the ground floor, with her tone and behavior. She then approached me aggressively, waving her arms around, screaming “bruv get out of my store, get out of my store!!”. This employee needs to he sacked asap. This was not normal human behavior, let alone of someone who is meant to be providing a service. Speechless.

   New look is a great place to shop for clothes. You will find almost everything and I was surprised to see a pair of VEGAN bling bling shoes. They had pretty accessories as well as face and body products.
