   I visited this dress shop today with my three-year-old child, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While I was trying on a few clothes in the changing room, there were no staff members around to check or assist customers. My child unexpectedly ran out of the changing room, and I had to quickly run after him to make sure he was safe. When I came back, a staff member questioned why I was running. I explained the situation, I went back into the changing room, closed the curtain, and then another staff member started knocking and asking how many clothes I had inside — offering no privacy or dignity to a customer who was already in a vulnerable moment. I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and very uncomfortable. As a customer and a parent, I expect basic respect, privacy, and understanding — none of which I received today. The staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with kindness and dignity in the future.

   Absolutely outrageous and appalling customer service at Croydon Apricot by a middle aged lady at fitting rooms today. Was accused of stealing due to her incorrect counting of my items. Clearly there was a lack of care and she was very rude, didn’t even apologise and refused to believe she was in the wrong, completely disappointed. Will NEVER be visiting the store again!!!

   This shop has affordable clothing. You can buy good tops and party dresses at very reasonable prices. We have been to this shop multiple times and bought many dresses. They don't return however they exchange. Prices start from £5 to £ 50. You get discount all around the year.

   Great little place. I had been all over looking for something light and pretty to wear in the heat without success but here I was spoilt for choice! I came away with 3 dresses I have warn constantly since I got them home. No fuss . The staff were dealing with the mess people leave when the sales are on...having to hang back up what they ju st hung up from the floor a few minutes before...no sense of annoyance...just getting the job done and finding time to help as well. Thanks guys.
