    Good afternoon everyone I went to this store yesterday because it was on sale. While I was trying on one of them in the fitting room, one of the salesperson, who was a little younger, told me that there was another model that I would bring for you. I left the room for a moment and unfortunately I saw that she was making fun of me and bringing me the blouse with a mocking and smiling face! She didn't notice that I was watching her. This was very rude and insulting and I will never buy from this store again. Never.

    Was not interested in customer, did not even acknowledge or ask if I needed help with anything ,just carried on looking at her mobile. Maybe did not want my business

    I went into Harpers to buy a dress for a special occasion. I was served so efficiently and professionally by very very friendly ladies, who made me feel very relaxed and welcome. I actually bought a beautiful dress and the lady even pinned up for me and then took me over the road to the Dry Cleaners to get it altered, telling him the instructions that she had issued to me. I am now going to go back there to buy some more clothes for another function and look forward to going. I normally dread buying clothes but this has made buying clothes a lovely experience.
