   horrendous customer service! Very verbally rigorous with customer inquiries and are very quick to unleash their unprofessionalism. Staff are almost clueless of what their tasks are to fulfil and honestly looks like a madman operation. I cannot emphasise enough on how this branch in Edgware has earned itself a reputation of being the most gigantic failure in retail history. Sort yourselves out!!!

   I had a very frustrating experience at the Choice store in Edgware in 17/5/2025. I urgently needed a dress for the next day, and since they don’t have changing rooms, I picked up a few options with the intention of trying them on and returning the ones I didn’t need. I spoke to the cashier (Anca) before purchasing and clearly explained my situation. She suggested I try the clothes on in another nearby store’s changing room and confirmed that I had 28 days to return, with the note that sale items are exchange-only. I told her explicitly that I did not want to deal with exchanges or credit notes, and asked her to remove any sale items from my purchase. She agreed. However, when I returned less than 20 minutes later to return the items I didn’t need, another staff member (Zahida) served me and told me I could only exchange or get a credit note for several items. I explained the situation and asked for Anca to clarify, but Anca just shrugged and walked away, despite acknowledging earlier what I had asked. There was absolutely no accountability or willingness to help. I’m shocked at how dismissive both staff members were, especially given that I had been very clear about my needs before making the purchase. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling incredibly frustrated and taken advantage of. I won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to be extremely cautious, especially when relying on staff explanations regarding returns. Misleading customers and then refusing to resolve the issue is unacceptable.

   Inside the broadwalk shopping centre, with free parking for ½ hour. Store selling discounted next clothes and home products. You will always find a bargain here and easy to spend more then you had intended. Staff are helpful.

   The staff and the manager are extremely rude and every time I visit I get either insulted or disrespected for no reason and I have informed the manager that I will leave a review as I do not accept or tolerate to be insulted in any way. Beware of pickpockets as I also had my phone stolen a few months ago from my bag as well as some cash. I asked them to help me check the CCTV they were not helpful and did not even cooperate with the police whom asked to check their cameras as when I asked the police they said they have not replied to us yet. I visited the store again to ask for their cooperation but as usual I was left with disrespectful attitude. I have also heard that a lot of phones are being stolen from this place but they are doing nothing about it and they do not care. Customer service needs to be improved!

   Hidden gem, great clothes for a fraction of the retail price. Picked up some Ted Baker clothes for under £10! Parking is free there for 90mins as well so a great place to visit. Both adult stores and kids stores.
