   Overall poor experience because of a rude and dismissive employee called Vanessa. Asked her politely to check if she had a size medium joggers in the back room but she abruptly told me if you don’t see it on the table we don’t have it. Her manager then corrected her in saying we might have it in the back in which she tried to ignore even her. She then reluctantly checked the back and unsurprisingly said there’s none in the back. This employee clearly needs extra training and coaching on how to correctly communicate to customers and serve them better.

   Bought a set of pyjamas, nothing looked out of order. When I opened them the bottom piece was missing. Since I was in Harrow, I went to the local branch to have them changed. I was told that it could only be done from the branch that it was purchased. They said they did not have the telephone number of the branch, and that they will need to inspect their CCTV before exchanging goods. I did that the following week. The Basildon branch told me that they had another customer with similar complaint. They did an exchange and had to go again to Harrow to deliver the present.

   The queue and the tills management is minus 20. Staff is lost in space. I was in this store first time in the last 5 years and I hope will be at least other 5 until I will have go back there. Unfortunately I have to go back next week to return something. As usually you guys will not reply to the one star reviews but it’s never too late. Good luck with the store.

   Very nice people. Good range of menswear clothes at low prices. Good value , shame they don't sell long sleeve shirts and shirts in the summer as UK Summers can sometimes get cold

   If you're bargain hunting and you prioritize quality. I believe this is a shop you shouldn't miss. Great variety of clothing and decent prices. The brand can certainly do better in marketing themselves. As only true bargain hunters have the time to do online searches. Well recommended.

   Nice staff and great location, but be very careful when buying sale items as you cannot get your money back at all, and the staff doesn’t tell you that you can’t get your money back but they tell you about other items that you can’t when purchasing from them. Totally headache you inform me that I can’t return underwear but you don’t tell me about the returns policy for sale items make it make sense….

   They need more staff on the shop floor it is a mess. Clothing everywhere and everything is misplaced. Half the clothing doesn’t even have the right hangers. Fitting room is disgusting. Clothes everywhere and it is very dirty.

   Good location with car parking available for customers. Wheelchair people are welcome, lift available too. Friendly and helpful staff. The prices are good, many reduced prices during this period. Very recommended for family shoppings

   Nice, clean and well laid out store. Self service tills. I brought 3 items - 2 of which came up at a higher price than advertised so they really do need to ensure their barcodes are correct to avoid having to waste time at the checkout. Friendly and helpful staff.

   Nice shop and easy to find. The car park is small but you can park at B&M Home Store right next to Matalan. 2 hours parking permited. The shop is clean and tidy with 2 storey. Good quality clothes and affordable prices. You can also buy home accessory items. Coming with the bus use bus stops Colindeep Lane Stop CF or stop GZ. Opposite of the store you have a McDonald's in case you get hungry or want to the toilet.
