   Really rude staff on the changing rooms at this branch, filthy changing rooms too trying to avoid stepping on the dust all over the floor. Stock is a bit hit and miss, only early season has decent amount - if website says has stock it’s never easy to find on shop floor and no one seems willing to help.

   Stopped by New Look Colliers Wood today to do a return which ended up being an exchange which ended up with me spending more money. Absolutely love New Look. The young lady who served me today was very lovely and kind. Will defo be coming back very soon!! Great size New Look, with a very good sized men’s section and a nice plus size section too. Thank you New Look!!

   Terrible experience on both occasions that I've been to this store. Ridiculously organised store and poor service. Fitting rooms not open. Deal signs (e.g. 50% off) placed directly above the wrong items to deliberately mislead you so that you buy full price items. Staff left security tag on a jumper I bought. When the door alarm went off I waited around for a good few mins and no one came, so security is also non-existent.

   Where do I start... looked liked some sort of staff huddle on the shop floor, when I approached for assistance, I was told, someone else would be called to assist. Note to New Look - tell your staff to have their meetings in staff rooms and not on the shop floor where customers can mistake them for staff actually doing their jobs. They literally looked at me like I was in their way. No smiles, no how can I help you, nothing. I had to impose my query on them! Shockingly poor customer care. I selected what I needed, then used the unattended fitting room, and finally went to the till to pay, where management continued to conversate with the lady serving me, who barely gave me any eye contact whilst engaging in her conversation! Shockingly poor conduct, customer care and example to younger less senior staff! These managers are also responsible for staff training I assume! Today, is why I mostly shop online, online didn't kill the highstreet, poorly trained staff and poor shop managers did! I'll need ro be fairly desperate before I step foot in this store again!

I don't know what kind of day you were having but you still shouldn't make someone else's worse. I just had a question. And there were two of you standing at two empty tills. Apologies for not seeing the line.

   This store is very spacious. Good variety of clothing and shoes. It's clean and tidy never to packed up with customers. The first floor are sale items, I picked up some nice bits at reasonable price. Plenty of packing available Worth a visit.

   As always! Hangers are popping with all the fashion!! I want em all! Parking available in abundance at this branch, disabled access, no toilets, tho- on the downside but lots of nearby restaurants that will not turn you down. Understandably due to COVID not many staff on hand to assist, but that's ok cause you can always return the unfavourable items! Go check em out!
