   A Heartbreaking Experience for My 3-Year-Old Daughter I had one of the most upsetting experiences as a parent at the H&M Sutton High Street store on Saturday, 6th December. I came with my 3-year-old daughter to treat her. We just welcomed a newborn, and she had been away from us while we were in hospital. I left my wife and newborn at home to give her a special day, to make her feel loved and included. While picking out several dresses I intended to buy, my daughter suddenly needed the toilet urgently. Any parent knows how scary that feels for a small child. I asked staff for help, then asked for the manager. The manager, Meet, refused three times to let my desperate 3-year-old use the staff toilet — even after I explained how urgent it was. He showed no compassion, no care, and no basic human understanding. Instead, he sent us across the street to St. Nicholas Centre, where the toilets are two floors up. It took almost 20 minutes, and my daughter was shaking trying not to have an accident. Watching her hold back tears broke my heart. Even the security guard at the entrance was embarrassed when I told him what had happened. If H&M wants proof, they can check the CCTV. They will see the clothes I picked out for her before I had to drop everything and rush out with a terrified child. What should have been a joyful moment for my daughter turned into fear, stress, and humiliation — all because a manager chose policy over compassion for a tiny child. No parent should ever go through this. And no child should ever be treated this way.

   First ever visit. Queue was 14 people deep. Two ear piercing beeps going off the entire 15 minutes I spent queuing. No apology. Won't be returning

   Never believed that H&M would do this. A fake sales. Not sure if all their sales is hyped so. Was about to buy an item which was on sales, but noticed that their ‘was price’ was increased and then sale price sticker was stuck. Behind the sticker, the actual price was visible which is not same as the ‘was price’. So fake is their sale.

   I can not express how much I love this h&m. I got a dress from here which was black with a lace cross on it and it was to die for. I recently got some cargos and they are so comfy! I also got a few pairs from the men section and I have to say the money was worth it the cargos from the mens bit have so much pocket space and the material is so nice,soft and comfortable, what is also in the clothing is a elastic lace which acts like a belt but hidden. All the staff here where lovely and looks more welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this h&m to anyone really, the clothing choices are more spread out however they do keep pieces of clothing in however its hard to find the clothes that you are looking for as in my opinion its not as organised as everything is everywhere.

   Is it the holidays?? ..but my husband wanted a jeans shirt..we went there 3 times ...the shop was almost empty..the same shirts were there on the rack ..but we never got the right size...the only answer we got from a shop assistant was..we only have those that are there..no interest ..no desire to please..very impersonal...no wonder all those shops are closing one after the other..!! England is no longer what it used to be!..
