Just been told by a grumpy shop assistant that dogs aren’t allowed in Next & it’s been a policy for 10 years & it’s clearly stated on the door. 1. It’s not stated on your front door 2. We have been taking our dog into Next for the last 5 years in a dog pram & the last 6 months without a dog pram with no complaints and we go virtually every week. 3. Taking into account Next is sinking faster than the titanic you won’t think it’s wise alienating a large customer base considering a lot of clothes now allow dogs. Kingston shopping centres & Lewis as a example. Furthermore the competition with online shopping. So sad Next aren’t changing with the times
Had an awful shopping experience in Next, New Malden. Bought (or tried to!) several sale items only to be told by a very rude shop assistant (Orla) at checkout that they were full price. Despite being taken from a Sale basket, and despite a second assistant agreeing with me, Orla insisted the items were not on sale and seemed to take pleasure in making me feel stupid. Since coming home I can see on the brand’s own website these items are on sale. So basically a person at checkout needed to exercise a petulant need to make me feel stupid. Very disappointed.
I like coming to this next because it is near the big tesco and has easy and free on site parking and never seems to be busy. The opening hours are generous too - 9 to 9 on week days which means I can after work without rushing. There is a Costa on site too for your quick coffee fix. There are plenty of charge points too if you have an electric vehicle. All it needs now is a post box...
Excellent shopping destination. Very reasonable prices. NEXT jewelry, make up. Clothes for everyone. Furniture. Shoes. Accessories to create a beutiful home. Customer toilets. Costa cafe. Parking. Electric car charging. Bike parking facilities. Plenty of disabled parking.Next shop near NEW MALDEN. Shannon's corner.
Big store which is a stand alone unit just off the A3 along the A289. A good sized car park and was busy for 12pm. It has a good sized Costa coffee within the store. Escalators were out of action but there is a lift just behind them but not well sign posted. Men's section was surprisingly large as other next stores are never big enough. They have a good range if clothes but was disappointed with range of shirts for colours, very plain pastel colours. Staffing levels was poor with just one person on the till in the men's section.
A large store where you can find all kinds of clothing and home goods products. Having a toilet and nursing room is a big plus. If you get tired Costa can be a good stopping point.
We went to visit this brand new store to discover the full new Home Season Accessories and mirrored furniture for our bedroom that I want and also for my little one's bedroom and after our nice snack at Costa coffee located on the first floor with partial view to the home section. I must say that it is refreshing to be in this airy spacious store where you can see a big variety of items Next have and also benefit with the natural light you can see the real colours of the goods. The ladies in the Home section are very helpful and friendly . The time flies walking through the spacious aisles without feel tight or cramped. Certainly my husband and I will back very soon. The parking was also very spacious and well designed.
