   JD Sports is the go-to spot if you’re looking for top-notch trainers, gym gear, or just solid casual wear. They’ve got a massive range, so whether you’re after the latest Nike drops, Adidas essentials, or even something more low-key, they’ve got you covered. The store’s layout makes it easy to find what you need, and the staff are chill but helpful when you need them. Good balance of quality and price, plus they always seem to have the newest stuff in stock. If you’re serious about your style or your workouts, JD Sports is definitely worth checking out

   Small shop but helpful members of staff. Good discounts as well as availability of styles and sized. There is also plenty of parking spaces near the store and working hours are pretty long.

   Worst customer service ever. Asked for a shoe in a 6 to try on. The girl just put them behind the til rather than come over with them. I eventually realised and went over the till and they were a 5! Asked for another shoe, waited 15 mins, nothing! So just left. Terrible customer service. Will buy my trainers elsewhere!

   Good selection of footwear at premium pri es but some bargains available. The outerwear is of a very similar colour and design regardless of the brand, again at premium prices.

   I visited the store when it was more or less empty Wednesday around 12pm. I had to ask a staff member for help even though he was standing near the astros that I wanted. His customer service skills were appalling. He had a very bad attitude and really couldn’t be bothered. I chose the astros that were suitable while he stood there and was non communicative. He took the boots to the till and didn’t answer when I asked how much they were. I paid cash for them and when I got home realised the cashier had not given me a receipt! I tried to phone the contact number constantly for over half an hour. No reply. There were less than a handful of customers in the store so why couldn’t someone answer the phone? If I didn’t live so far from the store I would have returned. I have worked in the public sector for over 40 years and would never treat the public as I was treated.

   The store was empty and yet I waited a long time for someone to go get a pair of trainers in a requested size - the assistant was talking to someone else so I asked someone else they came with the pair of trainers , straight away I said they are a bigger size (could tell by looking at them obviously) the assistant said no , I said are you sure ? And lo and behold they were a size too big so the size of the shoes didn’t match up what the box said. I felt the 2 staff I interacted with were disorganised and didn’t really know what was going on even though they were not busy in the store - lots of staff but they don’t have a clue on customer service to have me waiting for ages and then tell me they the right size when clearly they not . At the end when I was paying at till they asked for my rating of the store and service I’m sorry but I have it a 2 (poor) it’s put me off going in again unfortunately
