   I have been shopping with AAB for a very long time and I have never had any issues with my purchases and even when returning/exchanging online orders it has always been very straight forward and I receive my refund within 14 working days. AAB has always been my go to as they have the most stunning modest clothing for women and their Ramadan/Eid is amazing. The quality of the clothes is really good too, I have washed my AAB clothes so many times and it still looks new. I wear AAB clothes for everyday wear, work, occasions and holidays. Keep up with the great styles/designs and thank you for always responding to me on time xxx

   I spent £150 on dresses and returned them all its been over a year now I have emailed and emailed and they have not responded. WHERE IS MY REFUND. As a fashion islamic company you would think they know haram from halal. What is this. Are they making their profit from Stealing money. Clearly I'm not the only one with issues. For those wishing to buy of this store I beg you to just go John lewis at least they have customer service and customer protection.

   Considering this is a company dealing in modest Islamic wear you would think they would have some Islamic principles when dealing with customers. I’m still waiting for a delivery worth over £200 since the 10th of Feb 2023 with no updates and they want to hold onto my money. Disgusted isn’t the word.

   Shockingly poor quality my kaftan after 3-4h wear, noticed one seam is not sewn well and there is a hole. My expectation is kaftan can be used longer than a few hours. Very disappointed!

   Absolutely horrible service. There xustomer service is like speaking to a wall or a robot. I ordered 9 dresses to find every single one if different length when I ordered them all at 56inch. Then when I returned it 2 weeks go by no refund then to call back for them to refund me for the wrong dresses as I kept 2 now waiting to hear back to see if I will get the remaining amount

   I ordered a few items then returned them I was told my email in 7 working days I will get a refund a whole month had passed and they didn't process my refund until I emailed them. Their customer service is absolutely poor. They did nothing to compensate for the service they provided. They don't look after their customers.

   I contacted them by email regarding the poor fabric quality they answered me straight away next day suggesting to send me a credit note ,it’s been more that 3 weeks now receive nothing.I contacted them again by email,by phone no body respend ,very dissatisfied very disappointed
