   I am somewhat of a regular at Prada and this store never fails to be the most stale and awkward place I’ve ever attempted to shop at. There is never anyone in there so you have 3-5 staff members following you and staring at you. I always immediately want to leave bc everyone is so “professional” to the point where it’s too awkward and uncomfortable to stay in there and actually shop. On top of that, the last time I was here the sales associate gave me his business contact info. I contacted him this morning about products I was interested in, he didn’t reply and then I saw him in the store later that day. Very embarrassing for him and annoying for me.

   I had another wonderful experience at the Prada store in Westfield. As soon as we walked in, Aziz immediately recognised us and made us feel welcome again. His warm and professional manner truly stands out every time we visit. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect — patient, attentive, and always honest with his recommendations. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating such a positive shopping experience. Thanks to Aziz, shopping at Prada Westfield always feels special. He’s a credit to the brand and the reason we’ll keep coming back!

   I recently visited the Prada store and had the worst shopping experience ever. From the moment I arrived, a man in a grey suit immediately caught my attention. He looked me up and down before slowly opening the dooralmost as if he was judging me or deciding whether I was allowed to enter. I explained that I was shopping for a friend from afar, but he continued to watch me closely, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Even as I was leaving, he seemed to be mimicking my every move and word, particularly in the way he said goodbye. The whole experience felt intrusive and patronizing. I left feeling unwelcome and scrutinized. Definitely not what I expected from a luxury brand You need to treat black people the way you treat other people of colour

   I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Prada White City, Manchester Trafford Centre and Customer care. I returned an item in June which their own repair department confirmed to be faulty. Despite this, Prada has refused to issue a refund and instead only offered me a credit note. The process has been extremely frustrating — it’s impossible to get through to the store directly, and the call centre service is consistently poor. For a global luxury brand, this lack of accountability and disregard for consumer rights is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and fairness from Prada, but instead have been left out of pocket, ignored, and forced to chase a resolution that should have been straightforward. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the brand.

   Outrageously stupid policy of letting in to the store We were asked to wait till someone comes out and when 2 people did came out thwy atill asked to wait - and the store was empty. Lost a customer when i came specifically to buy a present

   Fantastic staff, especially Michael, who greeted me immediately and was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, and kind. I came to buy a special treat for my mum and Michael helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. Store is beautiful, overall experience was fantastic. Thank you so much.
