My parents recently visited and very much enjoyed their visit and food and want to send a really big thank you for your kindness and caring when my dad had a funny turn. You took such good care of both my dad and mum who have not stopped singing your praises since. They are both fine so we all want to offer our thanks too for your excellent, compassionate service and care.

A sausage egg and bacon sandwich with the cheapest catering sausage u could find. Underwhelming toastie tasted like cardboard, don't know why they chuck on a bit of green salad and a few crisps on,am I supposed to think im getting good value for money (don't think so)the tea was ok,after we had asked for a clean cup.awful,avoid.

i donβt know how this establishment is open when you ask for Yorkshire pudding and you get a frozen Yorkshire pudding with a frozen roast dinner you can get from Iceland for Β£1.50 and was charged Β£8.99 and also Β£3.99 for a small bottle of juice which is 75p in home bargains never going there again absolute joke

Visited for afternoon tea treat again today. We had a great lunch twice before so had been looking forward to returning and wasn't disappointed. Again very nice selection of food and bottomless americano or tea. Very reasonable value for what you get. The only criticism I had was maybe the quiche, which again had a spongy texture (kind of like the wet cake in a trifle). I still ate it all though so it can't have been a deal breaker! The cakes were really nice and the coffee was lovely. Friendly service and nice quiet spacious venue.

Great spot to stop for a drink and a bite to eat. The food is nice and good-sized portions while the coffees were very nice. Also if you have a sweet tooth there are some very nice looking cakes. All facilities on site and plenty of seating inside and out.

We stopped here for lunch whilst shopping over the Christmas period. The food was to a very reasonable standard, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean and very well set out with a good selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. Their prices were reasonable and they are in an excellent position in the centre of the shopping complex.

Dined in for lunch whilst shopping. The place was busy but really needs to step things up. The staff all seemed very young and inexperienced. No one seemed to be taking control. The food arrived and had to send a main fish meal back as it was raw in the middle, opted for a jacket potato which seemed like the safer option. The food was basic but edible second time round. The staff did apologise and gave a free drink which is why this review has two stars and not the one. One thing that did worry me was what seemed like a lack of kitchen hygiene and basic management in a food environment. We witnessed one staff member cleaning a spill up in the kitchen with a cloth, then turn the cloth over and wipe the other side. I hoped she would finish and then go to wash her hands but carried on serving by the counter. Staff were in and out of the kitchen freely and staff with longer hair were not wearing hair nets which is a requirement. Hopefully the owners pick this review up and start to put in place the basics.
