   We are currently at Gravity Active Warrington for my autistic son’s 8th birthday, with a 2-hour session already paid for. I am staying only because leaving would completely ruin his birthday, not because the situation is completely acceptable!!! The venue is absolutely freezing. The manager on duty has been honest and confirmed the heating is not working at all, which I appreciate, this is not a criticism of her, as it's not in her control. However, I am sitting here shivering in a full tracksuit and winter coat, and it is still unbearably cold. Children are sweating while bouncing, then stopping and immediately freezing, which is a clear health and safety risk in a children’s activity centre. What makes this worse: • Customers were not warned at reception • Sessions are running as normal • Families are effectively trapped once children are excited and booked in For a child with autism, routine, expectations and birthdays matter enormously. This should have been communicated upfront so parents could make an informed decision. Operating a trampoline park in winter with no heating whatsoever is unacceptable.l, especially given today's temperatures! This is a vile set-up at an operational level, and head office needs to address it urgently before someone gets ill.

   We had our works Xmas party here last night. We played darts, shuffleboard, food and the 3 hour open bar. We had a brilliant time there was 16 of us and they have all commented on what a good night they all had. They even had live music on which was fantastic. Really happy with finding this place and hopefully they have the same on next year as we will definitely be booking again. The staff were absolutely brilliant with us and they couldn’t do enough to help all very friendly and nice. I would like to say Liv was fantastic she was on hand to help all the time and she was so friendly and helpful she made the night for us so thank you again brilliant night

   (Gravity social) I’ve came in here a few times for the weekly pub quiz. Unfortunately everytime the winners are bartenders and the quizzers know exactly who to give the prizes to every single week, so it’s clearly rigged. Not only is it rigged but it’s made into a very uncomfortable, racist environment when the staff name their groups horrible names such as „Quizlamic state” and „My quizza”, a play on slurs. It’s such a shame because it’s a lovely place but I definitely won’t be returning because of this appalling behaviour of those who are meant to create a fun happy environment. Also during shift when no one is at the bar they play beer pong with the prizes which I think is just ridiculous.

   We hosted a work social at this venue and really appreciated the blue light discount. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to arrange the food and drinks we wanted. Our entire team had an excellent time. Highly recommend!

   The kids loved it and it got them off the Xbox and exercising for an hour so it’s a win, only downside was one of the inflatable things upstairs wasn’t manned so they couldn’t play on it as it is one of the things where you stand on a platform and jump over or duck under a spinning arm, we will go back though as it wasn’t packed so plenty of room for everyone

   We visited gravity yesterday with our 3 & 4 year old and within 5 minutes of being there unfortunately my 3 year old took a turn for the worst and had a seizure, the two young women who helped us was out of this world, calm and collected and amazingly helpful in every way, a huge Thankyou to Sian who called the ambulance and the other women who took my daughter away from the situation and got her ice cream and slush, you was both amazing and made me feel calm in the situation by being so helpful and supportive. Thankyou again for everything x

   No fun coming here at all and really expensive. Not a relaxed environment for my kids with special needs. Just getting in was hard. It was like it was their first day open with no-one really knowing what to do and completely confused by someone wanting to enter for an online booking. With only one hour for £12.95 (ahem..!) you want to get started quickly. The worst thing was the socks for another £3 a pair. If you bring your own, perhaps from another trampoline park, they will not be allowed. I had it explained to me that this was in clause 5 of the t’s & c’s! When you have 2 kids tugging and excited you are not reading clause 5 and no-one mentioned it was an additional “tax” to come in. The socks I brought were actually better in any case. Avoid - UA. Trampoline at Winsford is miles better. And cheaper.

   Excellent place for the kids that will be sure to tire them out. Took my 2 year old son to the toddler session and he loved it, was jumping around before going onto the soft play area upstairs. Staff were friendly so definitely well worth the trip. Unfortunately there is no car park but there is plenty of public car parks near by, I parked in Asda as the first 2 hours are free and it’s about a 5 minute walk from there.

   Good for kids, not so much there for adults. Dedicated toddler sessions meant I felt my child was safe around similar aged children and not being knocked over by older kids. Didn't like needing to buy Gravity socks when I had suitable socks from another trampoline park that are different only in colour... Money spinner. My toddler was a bit young to be interested in the trampolines. He enjoyed the inflatable area but his favourite part was the toddler soft play area near the refreshments and you can use that for free (I think), so great place to go for a coffee while your child plays. Also connects to the bar next door (forgot name) if looking for something more substantial to eat/drink. Although the tray of dirty chips really was... Souch cheese and grease. Couldn't complain at the portion size but felt like I'd have a coronary any second. Not sure if that's positive or negative in its review.
