Amazing service from staff they were very helpful, I was in line behind a man who was “having a medical episode and needed to push in grab food and drink and leave without paying” nearly pushing my daughter out of the way. apparently this happened numerous times and he needed them for medical purposes even though he was asked by one of the new staff who weren’t aware of his “condition” to pay rightfully for the drinks and food he came in and geabbed, his reply was he didn’t have the money to pay. I suspect he does this to numerous stores and businesses abusing power of disability. But who am I to judge. The staff were helpful with this gent and the manager dealt with it accordingly, he didn’t seem too pleased that he was advised to leave after staring at a staff member after saying “ I killed my wife” who was politely making his drink after he demanded it due to his medical condition felt uncomfortable . I felt uncomfortable for them we got our drinks and left . I come here often and it’s a very lovely warming place to have a drink and sandwich when raining outside. Lovely place.

Been visiting this costa for around 4 years (since I started working in Wakefield) Its by far the best customer service. Everyone is super friendly and everyone always remember me. I have such a great time when visiting. Also LOVE the little notes on the lids now such a cute start to my day! The new shop layout looks cool too. You guys are the best.

Bit of a weak Costa, cakes seemed a little stale and coffee wasn't up to usual standards. Tables and chairs have seen better days and non disabled loos up a series of stairs in Spoons fashion. Staff helpful, but seemed not to be loving life. Location is handy, with outdoor seating right opposite cathedral, but unless you have a loyalty coffee to redeem, there are better Indy coffee places in Wakey.

The staff are generally great, but in all honesty the cafe is a bit of a dive. Upon entering you are met with two broken glass doors, which have been broken for weeks. The cafe needs a refurb as the floors are patchy, and the store is missing basic items such as napkins. The toilet upstairs needs more directions to it (it's like a maze) up a few flights of stairs. There is a disabled toilet ground level though. The coffees are significantly worse than at the Costa in Trinity Walk a short stroll away, with the foam on the late looking like dish bubbles. Visit the Costa at Trinity Walk instead.

Once again, no gluten-free food even though they had just had a delivery of sandwiches. It's hard to spend more than £8 Toilets poor (back to cafe Nero)

Normally I never go to this Costa because the service is ridiculous. But the team they had in today worked really well together. The barista, I think his name was Andreas, very talented! The fastest I’ve ever seen my latte made! And it was delicious. He is a genious!

Popped in here for a quick sandwich before an appointment. The staff (2 girls, I didn't catch their names) were so lovely to myself +each individual who came in for food. We left feeling valued as a customer. The caramel shortbread was tasty too
