I need my refund I bought 3 items and chose Delivery service, but nothing was sent to my home. After sorting out with the shop, all my items had been lost by delivery agents and it has been 2 months, no refund was processed to my bank account. What a shame for Maje customer service.
I need my refund! I bought jeans a month ago and returned them to the store the next day. As they said, refund was supposed to be in 3 days. A month has passed, there is no refund ! I called the store, wrote to e-mail, called support - no reaction, no solution to the problem , no refund on my card !
I recently visited this store and purchased this beautiful bag! I am a loyal client and I travel quite a lot but this store was stunning! Amazing vibes, very kind people working there and super helpful! I will be back for sure!! Thank you again so much!!!
I bought a piece of jewellery from this store back at the end of 2020. The jewellery has tarnished and now leaves a black mark on my neck. On coming out of lockdown, I took the chain to the store and showed the assistant, who confirmed the item was faulty and he would take my details and contact head office to sort. I heard nothing for 2 months and so had to chase myself. Needless to say, customer service has been incredibly poor and the faulty good has still not been resolved. I'm an avid Maje purchaser, but this has just left a sour taste in my mouth. Doubt I'll be back unless sorted.
Young brunette lady (student) was very helpful and more resourceful than colleagues I’ve come across at Maje. Had a great experience here.
I travelled all the way to this store to get just one thing and they were closed as they forgot to update the information on Google. I'm a loyal customer and really sad how this small thing ruined the experience with the brand for me.
The staff was helpful in the fitting rooms, but not careful with checking out. They forgot to remove the alarm tag from my purchased clothes which led me to incurring additional expenses by travelling to another store to have it removed. The store did not offer to cover the travel expenses, of course. So, more professional and careful staff for this store remains to be desired.
