    Had an amazing UniQlo experience because of Jeffrey, who immediately assisted me in finding the right puffertech jacket for me. He knows his stuff! I wanted a warm jacket that's not too bulky, and has a fleece collar, and he knew exactly what I needed, and even assisted in finding my size which was XS. I also downloaded the app and used the coupon. He was very helpful! Awesome experience overall.

    I’ve shopped at this Uniqlo on many occasions and have always found the staff and overall experience particularly helpful. But I wanted to leave a review tonight because it’s a Friday and as to be expected was particularly busy, but even despite this I have to say how AMAZING the man was in the changing room - helping me find two smalls in the jumpers I was trying on, so helpful - protective and friendly to everyone I heard him serving. To that note honestly everyone was lovely and clearly “doing their job” whether resetting clothes or helping other customers etc - a great experience and wonderful team.

    I visited Uniqlo between 10am and 11am today and had a very upsetting experience. I have a hidden disability and was wearing my sunflower lanyard. I was also accompanied by my carer. When we went to use the fitting rooms, there was no disabled fitting room available. Despite explaining my situation and that my carer needed to assist me, the staff member at the fitting rooms was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She insisted that my carer could not come into the same cubicle with me, even after I clearly explained that I required support due to my disability. The way I was spoken to and treated made me feel embarrassed and discriminated against. There was no understanding, empathy, or effort to accommodate my needs. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially towards disabled customers who already face daily challenges. I hope Uniqlo takes this seriously and provides proper training for their staff on hidden disabilities, accessibility, and customer respect. No one should be made to feel ashamed or excluded for needing assistance.

    I love Uniqlo and their clothes however my experience at the Westfield store this evening was unpleasant. I picked out some clothes to try on in the fitting room and went into there with my partner. A member of staff approached and in a slightly rude way told my partner he couldn’t be there and to wait outside of the whole fitting rooms area ( we have never had any issues with this in other stores previously ) my partner left however I told the staff to leave it as it I wanted my partner’s opinions on the clothes I was trying on. She told me I could try the clothes on and then go outside of the fitting rooms ( into the actual shop ) to show him. I explained I was uncomfortable with this and she did allow him to wait in the fitting rooms. Whilst she did allow it eventually, it was an unpleasant experience.

    I love uniqlo products however I was turned away from doing a correct exchange by one of the supervisors. While one of the staff was helping me do the exchange, a manager or the supervisor stepped in to not help, but turn me away as he did not want ti deal with a big exchange and said “we dont have time for this”. As a regular uniqlo customer, I am extremely disappointed at the customer service provided at White City store and will never visit this particular store ever again. Now I have to travel again to another store to do the same exchanges. Waste of time and money.

    Lots of stock; great store. This one star rating is for a floor manager, or something comparable, in my opinion. I believe his name on the tag was Noor. Pretty unpleasant and passively aggressive and disrespectful sounding man North American. He was very rude towards me in the way he spoke. I only asked him where an item was but he gave me an unpleasant look and pointed at a corner and walked away. Very unprofessional. Will not shop again.

    This is a great unqilo location in Westfield. They have a very large mens section upstairs with all the basics you would need with a great selection. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The changing rooms were every spacious and the staff accommodating. I saw they offer free alterations on some trousers which is amazing! I would definitely recommend this store and I prefer it to the Regent Street location.
