Abrupt, unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the cash point. Wish I didn't buy the gift I bought yesterday for a friend. I asked if they would wrap the gift. I was told they don't do that but was given some gift tissue paper. So, I started to quickly wrap the gift, but the staff just stopped me and said you can do it at home. Idiotic. If I could do it at home, I would have done it at home! There was no queue and 2 ladies at the cashpoint! I was so close to return the item there and then! You won't get any of my money in future for this sort of brainless customer service. Don't just chat around and do your work competently!
