Excellent customer service. I went to pick up an order and also buy some items, all the ladies behind the counter were friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't ask their names. The lady who picked up my order was only gone for a couple minutes but still apologised for keeping me waiting. Thanks ladies! Keep up the good work!
Hi, I wouldn’t normally put a review on a store but I had and some what of an experience. I dealt with what I believe was manager and they were rude a not helpful they was an absolute joke lucky for them they were saved by there amazing staff who more then happy to help. The store it self was very clean tidy, but I couldn’t believe a store like next didn’t have working Air conditioning, a big corporate company like Next, it is an outrage. You would be looking at law suit allowing your staff and customers to work and shop in this heat. I will be back in few week to see if this is rectified if not I will be taking legal action against you.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered some items and got a message saying that they sent it to a "wrong store" which made me cancel an event. Never shop here again
Really low on stock but the young lad Hamaz was super helpful in finding a suit that fitted my husband, as he’s an odd shape… so yes, it’s a thumbs up from us!

I love this shop! Every time I go in, I manage to find some stylish new things to wear, and at pretty sensible prices too considering the quality. I also really like the appearance of the shop itself - it is as stylish as the merchandise, which adds to the shopping experience. Last but not least, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Can't praise this place enough!
