Visited Budwal’s on the recommendation of chatGPT after failing to find anything in House of Fraser. Budwal’s is an Aladdin’s cave of decent clothing and superb value. Even better the family that own it are on hand to help find what you’re looking for and the service is better than anywhere else I’ve been. I’ll be back for sure!
Well priced and prompt service. I chose next day delivery. Straight after ordering, they emailed to apologise that I'd missed last post. They still managed to get the item delivered next day. Really pleased. Would buy from here again.
I’ve been shopping at Budwalls since a teenager. Admittedly I only get in there once or a twice year these days, but it’s always the same pleasant experience. They offer a very personal service and their prices aren’t too bad either. Good to see their doors still open after all these years. All the best boys.
For many years I shopped at this wonderful store, it had a great range of clothing and the service was brilliant. I moved away from the area but was passing the store with a friend and popped in 25 years since my last visit! The owner recognised me straight away and we had a great catch up. Great to see the store doing well with a strong online presence. Budwals is a special business, the level of service you receive is outstanding.
I ordered shoes from here I had never heard or used the company. But I am so glad I phoned them and gave them a shot. They have provided outstanding service! Going above and beyond. All the items are genuine and they have a lovely range of stock. I was kept updated about my order from minute to end. I hope to get into the store to have a browse at one point too. I have never experienced that before, and I am so disapointed by the customer service that I have to write my first review. So to sum up I had to order 3 times the same item online, to at the end not get it! First one have been voided somehow by my bank (Never happened to me in 6 years ???) So they told me to try with Paypal which I did, then the size that I ordered wasn't available anymore, then they told me that "oh sorry we can't send you your item at a different bill adress and delivery one. due to our security policy, what a joke. At least they refund instantly.
Best customer service I've personally ever experienced. Staff seemed to care a lot about what I wanted and had good knowledge of the style I was looking for (I'm 20). They made great effort to find me the perfect pair of quality jeans, gave opinions etc and did an amazing job. You really don't come across customer service like this anymore in retail. Big up to this shop. A very happy customer here.
