Really lovely shop saw something in the window, not there next morning. I asked was shown the item, tried it on and bought it. Tried a scarf, which I didn’t need, went back later as so unusual. I found the two ladies one older one younger both friendly and polite. Couldn’t understand the previous comments. I shall certainly return the range of clothing excellent.

If I could vote 0 stars, I would. Absolutely shockingly rude elderly woman who seemed to be the owner. I discourage anyone from buying here. For the prices of the clothes one deserves decent and respectful treatment.

Unfortunately, JANE&DADA, which I entered in Hampstead today, caused me to have the worst shopping experience. The old woman there may be the worst and most rude business person I have ever seen. She continued to be rude with an attitude that got even more ugly because I did not buy the dress I tried on. I wonder if every piece of clothing that is tried on in Hampstead is bought? And also, she behaved rudely and arrogantly as if normal cotton dresses were not available anywhere else; why did you not like about them. You should mind your own business and if you are the owner of the store, you should provide the necessary service. Whether or not to buy is my decision and my choice. I am taking a break from my polite human relationship and I am taking a break from my belief that people should communicate with each other with human values without being racist and I am advising you (the old woman) to stay away from this store.

I visited this clothes shop in Hampstead recently and was very disappointed with the service. While the dresses were okay, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. The staff which I believe is the owner as well was incredibly rude and pushy, questioning why I wasn't purchasing a dress I tried on. Her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this shop to others.

Whenever I visit I wish I had come straight here and not bothered anywhere else. I have always bought gorgeous flattering and unusual clothes and received helpful advice on what suits me and sizing. Good stock, they always have my size. The staff have never been anything but helpful and considerate. But the choice makes it for me, gorgeous clothes for real women.

I walked in to this beautiful shop and admit I was a little nervous as both women running the place were overwhelming and I felt cowed. I felt as though I probably needed an invitation to even touch the incredible clothes. However, as soon as I engaged I was taken care of. Definitely not the place to walk in braying about what you want (n.b you'll want everything) but the saleswoman sized me up and picked out items that not only fit immediately but really were to my style. The shop isn't inexpensive but the quality of the clothing is out of this world. I would say it's not your sort of place if you are either bossy beyond compare or a simpering fool. Just imagine you're in Paris and go from there. I really should have bought more clothes and plan on descending on Jane & Dada the next time I'm in London.

The Shop to avoid at all costs, horrible attendants that should have no place managing a Shop. The so called ladies running the shop believe they have a license to belittle and insult the customers for no reason whatsoever. To the so-called lady attendant: either close the Shop if you have not got the manners to manage your business or urgently seek some help to learn what your commitments towards your customers are.

I would have given 4-5 stars until I got back to my hotel room and saw that the owner (who suggested that she fill out the VAT form for me to get the tax refund when heading back to the US- did not inform me that she took a huge administrative fee which reduced my refund by 33.3%). She was the one who suggested that I buy as much as I did because I would benefit from the VAT when heading back to the US. Shame on her. I feel it was quite disrespectful and feel sad that she did this. I spent a great deal of money in her shop and this was not necessary when all she did was fill out the form for me.

Have been shopping here since 1990, Always a fantastic range of clothing, up to date, on trend, gorgeous fabrics and colours, great advice. I don't shop anywhere else with the same satisfaction or results. Have had numerous compliments about my wardrobe and it is due to the skills of Dada and her staff.

Storeowner is extremely pushy and inexplicably rude. I've never been degraded more in a shop. I asked to see a scarf, she said I had to buy one today. When I told her I would think about it, she literally began to shout at me not to come back, that I was spoiled to be in a store full of so many beautiful things. She said she was going to sell the scarf to someone else and again shouted at me not to come back. Good luck staying in business with this kind of horrific attitude. To the owner: you are a horrible businessperson. To the vendor in the shop who witnessed this rude behavior: sell to someone else who won't scare their customers away.
