   Visited this cafe quite a few times. I cannot fault the food but the customer service is a disgrace. The owner is rude and ignorant. I have let it go a few times as I feel everyone can have an off day or two but won’t be letting it go anymore. You’ve just lost a customer.

   Ordered burger and chips at midday. At 12.30pm I asked Darren where my food was, I got told that it was busy, and that mine was next. Also received no apology. There was 4 empty tables at this point so not busy. 10 mins later he came out of the kitchen with other people's food, so he lied about me not being next. Finally, after waiting for 50 mins, my food came out. No apology from him when giving my food, no offer of cutlery of sauces, just put it on my table and walked off. After eating he came over and asked how my food was and apologised at that point, but I'm not impressed. Burger itself tasted good, but after this terrible customer service, I will not be back. Absolutely shocking.
