Order it at 10 to 11 for the deal with a 2 croissant and 2 drinks half the drink wasn't even there like someone has poured it out or decided ill have half and only one croissant, I do catering myself and this is not on like sort your whole team out and read order properly through the online order plus added enough syrup to give me diabetes, next time don't get a learner driver next time if was working today would of had to leave it because how slow and ridiculous the service is

Visit regularly for breakfasts on a weekend. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. We usually have the breakfast deal with coffees and either a bacon or sausage butty. However, sometimes the drinks leave something to be desired, depending on which batista is making the drinks. Certain staff make the drinks beautifully, particularly my Flat White, making it nice and hot, with a strong coffee flavour. Other members of staff make coffee that is almost beige in colour, as is the flavour. Or others making a cappuccino for my wife put so much froth in the reusable cup that when the froth has gone and my wife is ready to drink it, she's actually only got half a cup of coffee!

Decent coffee, food of good quality, but not very well presented and stored. They sell tasty cakes and sweet tray bakes, but don't expect any decent French pastries as you would find at Caffé Nero. As with all Costas, service is strangely slow compared to their chief competition, but the staff were nice, with one offering to bring my order to my table (I use a walking stick because my legs can suddenly give way). Seating isn't too cramped, but the café could do with a little more acoustic dampening. The tables are clean, but the soft fabrics on the chairs and sofas are horribly dirty and really could do with a specialist cleaning. The whole shop is under the loose roof of the shopping center, so whilst it can still be chilly and breezy outside, you are, at least, protected from the rain if you choose to sit at one of the outdoor tables.

Only nipped in for the Toblerone hot chocolate after a long day of shopping. Quick and easy service! Clean and refreshing environment! Lots to offer the customers. Got a seat right away after ordering. The hot chocolates were made instantly and looked absolutely fantastic. Was given a little Toblerone to go with the drink and a little spoon for the cream. Tasted absolutely delicious all the way to the bottom. It was a well deserved Christmas treat and I would definitely recommend trying it.

The layout, especially around the counter, doesn't lend itself to waiting for your order. This is even worse when it's busy, but then again this is the sake with pretty much every Costa I know. Still, the coffee was good, some nice latte art, and the cakes were very nice.
