Staff were lovely just hate Costa and its lack of pepper. Also £5 for a microwaved abysmal toastie with stale bread no thanks.
Always great service and friendly atmosphere; bob the manager and team are always a pleasure to see and to be greeted also welcomed very respectfully. Highly recommend
What disrespectful employees are there!! I ordered a chai, latte, and a latte and I didn't have time, my train arrived and I asked a member of staff if he could help and he gave me a bad answer and gave me what I didn't order, he gave me two coffees!!!! That was really crap!!
A lovely spot for a nice hot coffee and warm delightful treats! Located inside the Wakefield Westgate Railway Station and it has 2 sections. One part is accessible from outside the ticket gate and the other one after the gate (before the platform). It offers indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a seating/waiting area for the station just outside this place. Great selection of snacks. Cosy, clean and nice atmosphere. Service was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and efficient.
Small Costa in Wakefield Westgate train station. Has two parts, one before the ticket barrier and a separate part afterwards which is usually quieter. Polite and fast service from the staff. The cafe is clean and well organised. Could benefit from some more comfy chairs like maybe a sofa or armchairs but space is limited.
One of the worst costa coffee shops I've ever been to and I love my coffee but this place makes starbucks look good
