   Awful place why have a huge store with limited stock of sizing other places have 10 or 20 size 10s 12s 14s ect here your lucky if there's 1 in your size. Also at 3.50 got told couldn't use the changing room as there was broken glass what a load of b.s so one cubicle is out of bounds so why not allow customers to use another I can see from other reviews they cant be bothered to let customers use the fitting rooms and I can see they close them way before closing time which I think is a disgrace!!! With so many items I went to JD sports changing room as I had travelled quite a distance and that was the only day I had. Even the mens changing rooms were closed!. The people who work at this branch of H and M should remember its customers hard earned money that keeps them in their jobs and wanting to try on items in their fitting rooms is normal practice I hope you get the same treatment one day you should all hang your heads in shame I doubt H and M will respond to this which is even more shamefully as it shows they simply don't care!

   Rude and dismissive staff. They see you and clearly cannot be bothered to serve you. Gentleman with glasses behaves like he is blind and deaf, it’s not customers fault he hates his work place!

   There are never enough staff at the tills—not just for making purchases but even when you need help. It’s frustrating and creates long delays. Also, the prices near the tills are misleading. For example, I saw a clear sign for £9.99, but when I got to the till, it came up as £13.99. The staff member just said it was a mistake, but honestly, it didn’t feel like one. This kind of thing shouldn’t happen.

   Good selection of clothes, the customer service awful. I used self checkout spending £100. When leaving the store, the alarm came on, not a big deal. A worker walked towards me and took my bags out of my hand. Then, without talking, she walked towards the till. No explanation. Nothing came out of her mouth. I followed her, and her colleague said it was maybe the price tag. She passed me my bags and she walked away again without a word.

   I'm very glad that H&M have put a branch in the Spires in Barnet. There is plenty of reasonably priced car parking on site, so I can spend as long as I like in-store. Ladies clothing and accessories etc are on the ground floor, with men and kids stuff upstairs. It's a nice store with amiable staff. My son and I love the menswear department as they have a great range of clothing and accessories at affordable prices. My son regularly buys accessories and jewellery, and I now have quite a collection of sweaters and hoodies with fun logo's and cartoons on. The only complaint I have about the store is that there wasn't a single bra in my size. Not one! They were all too small, which was a shame as I found several I would've loved to purchase. I'm not exactly overly large either. I'm a size 12 and a double D, but all the underwear seemed to be aimed at stick insects. Ah well. Good store overall though!

   I love H&M. Only I don't shopping because I hate to trying but without trying: I don't buy (for example) trousers. Advice for every, different shops: spend a lot of money for super changing room and maybe we will shopping more.
