   Me and my family visited Mango in Battersea power station today. One of the male staff members was extremely rude and aggressive towards my sister and disabled mother who was in a wheelchair - I don’t know the guy’s name but he has an awful skin fade and walks around like there’s something in him that shouldn’t be. It shouldn’t be hard to identify who that is. He is lucky I was away for a brief period while all this occurred - I am sure he wouldn’t have the same energy if I was there. He saw two vulnerable women and decided to be aggressive towards them. When I came back and my family told me what happened, I immediately raised this with one of his colleagues and asked them to report it to the manager - I was assured it would be and his colleague even said he is known for having a bad attitude. It does not paint Mango in a good image given that they employ a person like this. I hope they will deal with this swiftly.

   I had my 9 year old daughter with me and went to the fitting rooms to try on a skirt. She was walking behind me and entered into the fitting room with me A blonde Eastern European sounding member of staff charged up behind us and yanked open the curtain as I was about to undress myself and said “ YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN TOGETHER” “ SHES NOT ALLOWED IN THERE” I explained that she is a CHILD and I’m not going to leave my child unattended in a busy shop and I didn’t like the assumption that we might steal some something because we were in the fitting room together? Disgusting attitude and I told her off in front of other staff and customers - you don’t ever ask a parent to leave their child unattended outside of a changing room

   Very rude staff. I Tried to return sweater but aggressive,,rude manager (Spanish lady) refused even though I had a receipt and the item was in pristine condition. The manager even pushed me. Do not shop here under any circumstances! Awful shop.

   Very poor customer service, agressive shop manager who purpusefully refused an item's refund against all evidence and a clean item failing to comply with both UK and EU customer service laws. Do not accept electronic receipts as they use the in-store Internet availability as an excuse. The existing manager did not have a name badge and refused to step out of the store where there was a connection. Do not shop Mango, certainly not in Battersea Power station.

   Small but classy, some lovely party wear pieces (think velvet, glitter, feathers and metallics) as well as casual pieces for daily wear. Well curated and organised. A bit on the compact side. Friendly staff that don’t harass you. Worth a visit.
