   Our experience on New Year’s Eve was not very pleasant! Firstly my Sister paid for the drinks with cash and was deliberately short changed….not a great start! She wasn’t wearing her glasses and realised after returning to our table and checking her change that she was given a badly damaged ten pence piece which resembled a 50 pence piece! Immediately she returned to the bar to make a complaint, and without any hesitation, the look of embarrassment on the bar persons face and a comment made was a clear indication that she was aware of what she did, and slyly hoped that my Sister wouldn’t notice! I ordered two plates of Nachos, and to be honest the look of the server put me off my food before even seeing it! He looked very scruffy, wearing a dirty apron, it was not a good look for someone serving you food! The food was something else, just the look of it showed that it wasn’t prepared with any love. Nothing on the plates was made from scratch by a chef, everything looked dolloped onto the plates from jars. The salsa was not salsa and clearly something like a ketchup, the guacamole was not freshly made, instead of proper cheese melted on, an artificial cheese sauce was used and I’m not sure if the sour cream was “sour cream” or mayonnaise! It was an absolute pile of mess that was soggy and inedible. The tortillas tasted ok, and we both tried to eat our way around what wasn’t smothered, but eventually gave up. I’m sorry to say that this is the worst nachos that we have ever eaten and is an insult to Mexican cuisine. For such a simple dish, how can you get it so wrong? Please do better!…..If you can’t make it as authentic as you can, please just take it off your menu.The photo below was taken a minute after it was served. Do you think that this is acceptable???

   Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food. A special mention to the lady who served our table. I believe her name was Jorde (apologies if I’ve misspelled it). She was absolutely pleasant, very attentive, and especially kind to our kids, which made the experience even more enjoyable for us as a family. Her warmth and care really stood out. We’ll definitely be back ❤️.

   Bit of a poor Christmas breakfast experience to be honest. Santa was great and Jodie the elf was too. Service was a bit of a shambles, waiter struggled with the basics of taking an order and has to request help from the manager multiple times. She tried to be calm in her frustration but was not succeeding. Manager was rather dismissive talking as though I wasn't there. We were the first customers so there was no need for the level of stress witnessed. Then lost out on money because of the situation. Ridiculous in honesty. Won't be coming back. Disgraceful

   Been here before and it was ok. Today not to have coffee at breakfast was inexcusable. Food took over 30 minutes from ordering to serving. Food was ok, staff were ok.

   On a visit to West Bromwich interceptor today the service we had was very poor table seemed sticky even when wiped,the wait for food was 40 minutes,when the food come it had 2 tiny pieces of onion small piece of lettuce and a very tiny amount of mayo on the chicken burger which was supposed to have salad and sauce,I asked for mayo and that was like water and I asked for cutlery and serviettes to not get any brought will not be returning

   We went at a busy time so we had to look around for a table ,as some were also left with the plates of food on top or were not cleaned, and stay in a queue for a bit, but overall we Had a lovely time here and the food was very good. We will go back.

   Went with a group of friends plus 9 kids. Food was great, big portions (compared to what is shown) and value for money can't complain. Would have loved having ribs, but not available. Plus, may be another meatless option need. Otherwise, GREAT. Nhs/blue light card accepted.

3. Sit and Eat ★★★☆☆

   The service was slow, the tables were not cleaned, there were lots of tables where other customers left plates full of food. The nachos were the best I'd ever had so that being said I would go back and give it another chance. Maybe they were short staffed that day.
