Caramel frappucino was below average,I don’t know whats happened to it or its just this branch. Strawberry frappucino was average. Service was slow as they were only 2 to deal with everything.Atmosphere is good.
Great restaurant with plenty of space and where they make pretty good coffee.
We came in this morning 09/08, We were served by Tommy, what can I say, super polite, chatty and friendly, such a refreshing change from most places, not only was Tommy friendly but was interested in his customer, super impressed , definitely 5* . I have spent a long time in management and how people should treat customers. Great service and attitude. 10/10.
The ham and cheese croissant I had was great, warmed and melted in the oven and delicious I had a large iced caramel coffee with whipped cream on top, again well made and super tasty! The server was excellent, knowledgeable and very polite, the guy who made my croissant was also very good, plus the lady who did my coffee Over all the experience was great, but I have four stars not five, because the toilets were all blocked off and out of order, meaning I had to go to the adjacent fuel station for a wee! That needs sorting out ASAP, everything else was great, especially the staff and their service skills.
Always get lovely coffee here, but their card machine was broken today so I can’t give 5* - they sent me round to a nearby cashpoint which was empty! Eventually managed to pay using the Starbucks app which I downloaded and added credit to.
This is a good place .but tonight few kids raids in side to rub bottle of water . This is why I feel not safe. I noticed my child to look after her phone and her tablet when This guy's robb This shop. Everyone panicked after see this kid's.
Fantastic customer service every time I go. Seems like the staff are always happy and enjoying themselves.
A convenient location if you're passing through. Quick service going through the drive through. Menu and price as designated by Starbucks, but friendly and a clean environment if you want to park up and have a coffee inside. Seating is comfortable and fit for purpose. Some seating might be a little close to the floor for an older patron.
What can I say about this Starbucks establishment! Me and my pregenant wife went at 21:24 on Easter Sunday and ordered a frappe each, the only word that could be used to describe them was disgusting. Quick service though :) 5 stars
