Lovely coffee shop. Good for having a coffee on your own, or with friends or with work colleagues. Coffee delicious. Snacks delicious. Dog friendly. Such a lovely coffee shop in Wakefield. Lovely crowd and great atmosphere.
Oh dear! Coffee aint cheap and here a take-away coffee with cream. So bung in the hot water, sling in some cream and then the coffee... NO THANKS! Come on Costa, your training can be better than this.
Poor service, I definitely canβt blame the staff there, they were lovely but under a lot of pressure due the busyness and short of staff, the manager need to hire more staff in this branch as itβs not the first time I am facing the same issue, always need to wait at least 25 minutes to be served and all my lunch break is 30 minutes thatβs why i order a take away instead of sitting in and enjoy my drink. For today I wanted to order the new in the menu which was the white chocolate iced latte but unfortunately again it was unavailable for the second time this week, the staff kindly apologized and said itβs run out. I mean the place looks nice and clean, location is great and there is a free parking as well as outside seats but once again i gave low rating due the waiting time for my drinks.
Turned up a the drive thru at 7.55pm on a Saturday to be told that the store was closed. Just checked their website and opening hours on Google and both state a 9pm closing time on a Saturday.
Person making the drink too busy chatting to concentrate on my order. Ended up shouting βNO CREAMβ from the drive thru window as she was about to add it. Also was assured ketchup was inside the warm sandwich orders, so drove off. It wasnβt. And the drink was lousy - no taste or texture. I go to costa 4 x times per week and this is the first bad example - but when youβre rushing to work, unable to get back to share the lousy drink with this drive thru - as per white rose commentsβ¦ I feel really racked off. Complaint on its way in!
I liked the restaurant in this place. The coffee is really delicious. I have been to many Costa Coffe restaurants and to be honest I have been disappointed quite often. Either they poured me neither of those drinks, or the drinks were not very tasty. This restaurant makes really good coffee. Large mugs, fragrant smell of coffee beans, service and atmosphere can relax you and you can enjoy and relax in this place. Most of the time there aren't many people, which is good. You can sit at clean tables in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy delicious desserts and aromatic coffee.
Went here on Sunday afternoon, the wait to be served was acceptable, maybe 3 or 4 minutes. The coffee and cake is what it is, standard costa food and drink. A nice place to stop in when passing on the way to work.
Convenient coffee shop at Snowhill Retail Park. Nice interior, parking can get busy. Staff not overly friendly when I've been and service is quite slow in store. Good coffee and bacon rolls
