We had a lovely afternoon tea here today. We turned up last minute as our original plans had changed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, even offering board games for our children to play. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The scones and cakes were fabulous. Highly recommend. We will definitely return.
We came here for my hen do on 01/06/2025 and it was honestly AMAZING! The lady who owns it and her colleague were so so polite, they couldn't do enough for us. We had 14 people, all with different options and requirements and they were absolutely spot on. The afternoon tea is to die for and portions and amazing we all ended up bring some home! The tea room it's self is so beautiful and pretty. We had such an amazing time and everyone had praised it so so much. I think every guest has said they will be returning! Thank you again, it was amazing and you made my hen do amazing x
Had a really lovely afternoon tea here for my sister’s birthday! The food was all fresh and tasted delicious, loads of choice in sandwiches, scones and cakes and really big portions! The staff were incredibly attentive and lovely. All for such a good price too! Couldn’t fault it one bit!
Brought my mum here for the afternoon tea for Mother’s Day and neither of us could rate it any higher. The effort that went into making this was second to none and it was absolutely gorgeous! It was both our first time coming and it certainly won’t be the last! I also bought a few baked goods and they were delicious. Hannah the owner is so lovely and it was worth every penny!! We’re so happy to have found this lovely little gem of a café!
Absolutely lovely tearoom. Food is always delicious, the tea selection is incredible and there's any type of coffee flavour you could wish for! Always a cosy atmosphere inside and the staff is happy to chat. I go there almost weekly now.
First visit here and we had an amazing experience. Hannah,Callum and staff were amazing. The food was delicious and healthy for me as I am currently on Slimming World. We will be back soon.
Delicious home made food, the cakes and brownies are amazing and the service is perfect (the owners couldn’t be more helpful and lovely). Lots of choice for tea and coffee lovers too. They also created a delicious buffet for me for a business meeting - and it was absolutely gorgeous. Generous portion sizes and great value for money. Highly recommended.
I'd highly recommend The Flamingos Teapot, this place has such an amazing vibe! This small business based in Horbury is so inclusive and really embraces the modern world where anyone feels welcome and comfortable. They have such a massive selection of hot beverages and beautiful cakes that have been made by themselves personally. The tearoom itself is like something from Alice In Wonderland, it's a beautiful feast for the eyes and belly.
