    THEY ARE A FRAUD! I was given a gift card instead of a refund on my last purchase with house of faiza because they failed to deliver the goods. Initially they were meant to do a refund since they did not deliver the goods after I had been waiting for months. Then fobbed me off for months regarding the refund stating that there is a technical issue and unable to do refund/ bank transfer and then eventually refused refund and gave the gift card. By this time I was so so fed up of constantly chasing them as it had been months that I had no choice to accept gift card because I was so fed up of constantly back and forth with emails. I have now gone to use the gift card and Now I am told - that they no longer own this company and it was previous owners and they cannot honour the gift card. So I have been a victim of fraud and out of pocket by £125. I am extremely upset and angry about this! It is absolutely disgusting!! I have tried to email house faiza but their email does not seem to be working! I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP NOW - JUNE 2024 Posting on behalf of my sister, she ordered a dress which hadn't arrived by the time specified. She contacted them to say whats happening, if if the order is not dispatched soon, she is considering cancelling the order. She was told the dress would be arriving soon, so she replied saying she will wait for the dress. Suddenly she received an email saying we have cancelled the order as you have requested and refund would be sent out shortly. She has not received her refund. She has contacted them several times and they replied saying they are under new management and matters will be addressed. Still no refund. She contacted again - told we have sent it and check with your bank. Bank has confirmed no refund. They now say as it was different management nothing they can do. Atrocious behaviour. She is out of pocket by >£70. We are going to take this further to trading standards/ombudsman as they have duty to refund the money as online retailers.

    DO NOT TRUST!! I ordered once before in 2020 and had no issue so decided to order again from them for a family wedding. My whole family and I purchased our outfits for about $2000 and it never arrived! They said they'll give me a refund but still haven't received one! Such a shame, honestly never expected them to be scammers

    So so disappointed with this store!!! I had written a Google review on them and finally they responded to me. But now it’s been 5 months (since my last Google review) and 10 months (since my order) that they have not refunded my amount of $277 (out of more than$1000 order) for the items they did not deliver. They keep going back and forth in emails with me, 1. First they say they will refund me in 14 days. 2. Next, after I remind them, they offer me £10 and my refund. 3. Next, after another reminder they make excuse of issues with their refund system. 4. Next, after another reminder they start all over again from point 1 and so on. This has been happening for the past 5 months. I’m so shocked at their behavior of not refunding my money and consistently making excuses. This is awful customer service! I wish I had better experience with them. Below is my previous google review. ———————— House of Faiza has not delivered my order for the past 4 months. I was so impressed by their collection but was hesitant to order at first. After I read the reviews I went ahead and made two separate orders of 11 dresses in two weeks. Part of an order arrived early and I was very impressed. But then the remaining order arrived after 2 months without sleeves. Now its been 4 months and the second order was only partially delivered and I’m waiting for it! Initially they were prompt at responding but since 3 months I have no update on the status of my order. Neither have they bothered to refund me if they can’t fulfill my order. I can’t imagine such a large brand to behaving so unprofessionally.

    If I could give House of Faiza zero stars then I would. I spent almost £200 on an outfit which hasn’t arrived. It’s been almost 4 months after they were scheduled to arrive. I am now chasing a return and refund and have not heard from the company despite emailing many times. Very very poor service and I will not be ordering from them again. I have also advised my friends and family not to buy from them especially after the kind of experience I’ve got from them.

    I was a bit skeptical about buying designer wear online but House of Faiza completely exceeded my expectations. The customer service was fantastic and the clothing arrived quickly and in great condition. I was searching for a specific design and was so happy to find it at House of Faiza. The process was easy and the dress arrived quickly. Can't wait to wear it to my next event!

    House of Faiza is just amazing! The quality of the clothes is so impressive and the designs are simply gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful Pakistani designer wear. I recently purchased a dress for a wedding and received so many compliments on it! The fit was perfect and the fabric was luxurious. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

    The experience with this company has been horrific. My parcel had been delivered 4 weeks later than advertised and advised (most likely received at all as a result of my chasing). Upon houseoffaiza receiving my return, they are now refusing to refund my money. The outfit itself was poor quality. I will be escalating the matter if this is not resolved. I do not recommend this store and the whole experience, particularly the customer service is appalling. Upon writing this review, a response was left to get in touch with the complaints department and that they will respond within 24-48 hours. ALL of my emails have been ignored. It appears that this a very usual experience and it is honestly shocking that a business is operating in this manner. The whole business is a scam.

    I have unfortunately had a very poor customer experience with House of Faiza and feel it important to forewarn other potential customers. I ordered a suit for my cousin’s wedding. It looked absolutely stunning online and so I was happy to pay the near £500 cost. However what arrived (later than advertised) was far from what I had ordered. Not only did the store send me the wrong size, the outfit itself smelt of chemicals, was made from cheap fabric and looked nothing like the Couture quality it appeared to be online. I sent the outfit back to the store and have been chasing my refund for over two weeks. Whilst the store has accepted the return they are yet to reimburse me. I will be escalating the matter if it is not resolved. I personally could not recommend this store at all. Their customer service is non existent, literally; as there is no way to contact them by phone. Shocking in today’s climate. Save your hard earned cash to spend elsewhere.
