   I've been going to the Covent Garden store for a few years and I must highlight the outstanding service I consistently receive. Each visit has been truly enjoyable, thanks to the dedicated and friendly team. I must particularly commend Vik, who I believe is one of the managers. Vik's welcoming and helpful nature always stands out, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her during my visits.    I had a very pleasant experience here — the staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made my visit enjoyable.the store feels modern and up-to-date with what it does carry. That said, I was a little surprised at how minimal the in-store stock is compared to the much wider selection online. Given the location, I expected more variety, especially when it comes to finding the right size or specific models. Overall, a great place if you want friendly guidance and a hands-on look, but for range and choice, you may be better served browsing the online store.

   The staff said they can’t serve any hot drinks, since there is no hot water. 2 mins later I literally saw the staff making hot water and tea for another customer, using the kettle right behind him on the kitchen workbench! Not acceptable.

   Confusing price differences on the SAME products. I bought a pair of jeans on discount without tags, so I checked the other pair (exact same design, different size) which is £69. When I paid I was told it cost £79. The staff was also not very nice and patient. Same thing happened with my friend who bought 2 identical pairs of grey socks, only found out after paying that one cost £5, the other £7. Some of the tags in the store are also entirely handwritten without pricing and consistent descriptions.

   Best Arket location in Covent Garden. I found this store larger and better selection than the Regent Street location. Wide range on offer across 3 floors including a cafe and homeware area. There is also a bathroom on the top floor. Very friendly staff, very helpful.

   Cozy atmosphere and very friendly and professional service. Food was okay. Savoury sandwiches were 'spiced' to a very nordic standard. The cinnamon buns did not meet that 'home-made' consistency which I was expecting. Selection of cakes and food could also be a bit better. Otherwise worth a visit if you love all things Scandinavian.

   This is an excellent addition to Covent Garden. Ethically sourced materials and produce. Light and airy store, well organised and nicely presented displays. Makes me want to move to Sweden. Everyone very friendly. Lovely minimalist cafe served excellent cappuccino. Again very helpful staff, One being a Scarlett Johansson lookalike.
