Went to exchange an item for a different size, the lady rudely said i wasn't allowed because it's a sale item. They are still selling the same product but in full price again. All i wanted to do was exchange sizes. Very rude lady....
The item that arrives is lovely but it's not the same as the one in the video. There are finishing touches to the one you advertise that are not on the product you send out. But arrived in good time and the suit was very nice. You need to stop showing a better product in your videos if you don't send the same product once purchased. I wrote this on your Facebook advert but you must've deleted it so I have shared this on Google where you can't delete it.
They gave my 5 year old sister a vape which is horrendous

I went in with my mum today and the First Lady that served us was very helpful. But the second lady was so rude only because we wanted to see other sarees. Must say really bad customer service from that lady. Also was rude to my mum which I didn’t appreciate. Her job is to show us saris and not get annoyed that we asked to see some more and then went on to serve another customer.
Very beautiful cloths ,affordable prices, very friendly stuff ,highly recommended
