My appointment was today in at 14 arrived early at13came and the security was nice and everything was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly
Absolutely disgusting members of the reception are rude and incompetent this is a west of money on taxpayers those people are not fit for the purpose
There wasn't much waiting time for biometrics and photo, and Steven, my assigned worker was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the process. Same can be said about the security guys, they were all very friendly and helpful.
Be aware that they will take your passport away and not give you any time frame on when you will get it back. They lied on the reason why my application experienced delays, they first blamed Covid, come on!! This is 2023, the pandemic is over!! And after I reached my local MP it was finally an IT issue that lasted months and months… They do not care about people and will treat you like you are totally stupid. I applied for a family visa 5 months ago and still waiting to get my passport back. I feel like a prisoner and not being able to go back to my home country if something happens to a family member is just unbearable. They shouldn’t be allowed to take your passport at all, I never saw a « procedure » like this before, this is against the human rights!
Was referred by another place and promptly went over. Very baron location. 2 men at the window and an officer, I think. Explained the situation at the window but had to push a little and finally he got me to an immigration officer that could help. Sat with him anfew minutes and trust I received the answers I required and left. Seems like there should be a lot more people working there but I don't know.

Who got arc id claimed card and have working rights but you can’t really work because they ask for share code how can we get a share code it’s really confusing need to contact someone in home office
I had an interview today at 9'o clock Morning, The officer Mam was so friendly and kind,she made me easy. Though I don’t know her name bytheway, thanks a million Mam.
Though it is an expensive service, and there were lengthy delays due to a nationwide technical blip, I cannot fault the friendly nature and helpfulness of the staff. They were lovely and the waiting room was comfortable.
