   Warm drinks are lovely, service is great lads are always polite and friendly. Service is quick and they will pop out to take your order and bring it to your car. Card and cash payments. Selection of desserts which are not bad and food is clean and consistent. No eat in area so great for pick up when out and about

   I love trying new tea places. On a visit to Dewsbury town I knew I had to try Pappa Chai. The staff serving were very helpful. They explained the difference between the teas. I opted for the Arabic tea and my sister had the Ginger tea. Also we bought a Nutella brownie. The tea came relatively quickly and I really enjoyed it. You could tell the tea was brewed freshly and not the powder that some big tea franchises serve. The Nutella brownie was really good. Will definitely visit again and try out the food. I have heard the tandoori seekh kebab paratha is really good. A lovely ambience and very clean. A fantastic quaint cafe to visit for a quick snack or a place to relax and enjoy your cuppa.

   Papa chaii is trully the papa of all chaiis . It's a truly amazing place . Firstly , the customer service was great , if you of course treat them politely , since they were funny and polite . We ordered arabic chaii and we also grabbed a couple of brownies, one of them being triple chocolate, and for a good price . They were delicious. The chaii had the perfect blend of spice and sweetness which made the perfect cup of tea and the brownies were chocolaty and absolutely delightful . One request i would make to this brilliant cafe is that they neeeeed to add more seating area as if people are going on a long trip , they can sit down and relax . A great cafe .

   Amazing chai experience tried all the varieties and was surprised with every single choice. Also the warm starters are to die for the samosas are gourmet handmade and I just chomped down four of them. They also do freshly baked donuts and deserts I can honestly say they are 2nd to none..

   My first time trying here and i recieved the most outstanding customer service! The people who served us are so humble, friendly and welcoming. They stood out to me because of their professionalism, honesty and how they put their customers before profit, unlike other businesses around here. On to the food, everything was made fresh and the homemade samosas and donuts were delicious. The Arabian tea with ginger was the best tea I've ever had. Love to see the menu expanded. Also beautiful decor, i love the rustic and homely feel to the place.

   The thing which makes Pappa Chai stand out for me, compared to the other chai places in Batley, is it’s fantastic Arabian Chai. The brownies and milk cakes are also really fantastic! Will certainly be visiting Pappa Chai regularly.
