   Poached eggs on tast have never been so hard and cold. Only 1 lady on shift who worked her btm. off serving and collecting. Shame on you!!!

   Absolutely gobsmacked this morning, we have had Tesco breakfast every morning 5/7 times a week for the last year now usually brilliant, but on Wednesday went in for usual breakfast for it to come, beans ice cold bacon and sausage freezing under cooked. Hash browns cooked on outside freezing in middle , I returned my breakfast as did 2 other separate customers as theirs were the same, waits further 25mins for a new breakfast but never came, so I went to ask for my money back as I had to go I’d ran out of time, to be told at the till you need your receipt for a refund(,I ordered on the machine which gave me a receipt to take to the till and pay cash,) I replied, I gave you my receipt from ordering as I paid cash . And you never gave me it back, so there was some discrepancy about the refund but was eventually given, so left it yesterday and returned back today, obviously food being wrong 1 time would not put me off, To be told this morning they can’t serve me no more as I’d complained, food as always been lovely but the staff are rude extremely rude and reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one who thinks so, I will say the small girl with brown hair is an absolute delight and was the only one to apologise!

   The staff are so rude ,think they need to be taught some manners. Please and thank you wouldn't go a miss. Also when asked if they could take a tray away so we could sit on a table the girl was very rude and said I can't so had to do it myself. Also while having my coffee I saw all the other customers having to do the same. Maybe some customer service training wouldn't go a miss with staff.

   We are regular visitors to tesco cafe. Was told today that I can have bacon but it can't be well done because the cafe would close in an hour??? on another occasion was told I couldn't have toast as the toaster was broken and you can't make toast under a grill because it will dry the bread out. How I've managed to get to 60 years old is a mystery

   Woman working on hot drinks machine (4/6/22) was swearing and pulling faces at other coworkers and was creating a negative vibe for customers not professional at all not what I want to see when I’m waiting for my drink to be made

   Cafe located in Tesco Extra, Batley. Stopped off for a coffee (regular latte was huge) and had a breakfast too. Nice, clean and bright. Ideal for a convenient stop en route Breakfast for 2 and two coffees was round the £10 mark. Pictured is their big breakfast which was hot, tasty and not greasy.
