    This is my favourite starbucks in the area! Wish they would put an electric car charger in so i dont have to go to batley one to charge up. Drinks always spot on, staff always super friendly nothing is too much trouble, they usually will fetch my drink over to me at the table as i have my walker or wheelchair. 10/10.

    Always polite, and always have the flavours (syrups as such) in stock unlike Wakefield or Leeds. Quick and friendly service. I used the drive through yesterday and James informed me of the new Starbucks app update. He said I had lots of points and gave me my options of what I could have. So I walked away with a gorgeous grey mug and my free birthday drink. He was absolutely fantastic and I was shocked this was all free thanks to the app and James’ knowledge! Thanks so much!

    Great friendly staff, they make good recommendations for the coffee. They had sold out of my first & second choice of coffee..but the girl made a suggestion. Nice clean restaurant. Its VERY expensive though...even a squirt of cream on top of the chocolate frappacino costs extra... I spent just over £20 on 2 coffees, 1 chocolate frappacino, a muffin and 2 brownies!!

    Been going here almost daily for weeks and the staff (with the exception of one or two men) are absolutely incredible. So lovely and really know what they're doing. The quality is getting better and better! Best Starbucks around in my opinion. Such lovely staff and take instruction really well (my drink is slightly complicated).

    I went to starbucks this morning 9th september about 820 am i waited at the telecom to make the order the lady said wait for me ie bear with me i waited for about 1 minute or 2 minutes as i needed to drop family to school So i just drove to the main part around the women said to me vicky who was serving she said why did you drive around do you drive around like this all the time i felt she was trying to embarass me and then she said go around again in a mocking manner i have always used starbucks but not again the staff need to learn manners espicialy vicki who was on the counter saying do you just come to drive around

    Staff were awesome but for a coffee shop to be absolutely beaten hands down by a burger place when it comes to iced coffee is hilarious. McDonald's Iced was 10X better than the Starbucks one, cheaper too. Again though, the staff were awesome and smashed it! I'll have to try something different if I ever feel delusional enough to spend four n half quid on a brew ever again...
