I am living in London but I purchased something from this store that doesn't fits and because I came back a week later than 14 days for an exchange the gentleman at the front door wouldn't show any interest to try to help somehow as the merchandise was clearly new, not worn, with tag.I specified and could proof my address that I came all the way from London exchange .So this kind of places better avoid.No customer service whatsoever.
