   The staff doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Visited this store and was really disappointed by the lack of help from the staff. Several employees were standing around talking to each other instead of assisting customers. I tried to get someone’s attention, but no one offered any help or even acknowledged me. It felt like they weren’t interested in doing their jobs. I ended up leaving without finding what I needed. Definitely expected better customer service. This really ruined my morning to be honest as I told the kids they could were there new outfits tomorrow. But luckily I went to foot-asylum Edge Lane instead and was helped with everything I needed and more .

   Just popped in to collect a pair of trabs. Gent opening the store super helpful, fast and efficient. I've noticed in my last few visits the staff here and not just very helpful but very knowledgeable. A few weeks back a young lad showed me a few pairs of trainers that were on offer and helped get me the ones I wanted online. He knew his trainers and was happy to chat styles, nice to get some interaction with the staff. Will be back soon, thanks.

   Shopped for kids tracksuits in the sale which is always good. Normally go to the store in Aintree. Couldn't get what I wanted, so thought I'd try the shop at the Strand in Bootle. They didn't have the sale item in stock, but the lad who dealt with me assisted me get the order online. He was very helpful and I was able to get what I wanted. I noticed all the staff in this store went out of their way to help the customers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this smaller store .
