   They forgot about my order for a week and it took me 4 times to chase it up before being told it hadn’t even been dispatched, £5 delivery for what… then received the wrong size item. Safe to say won’t be ordering from them again

   We visited this store today 10-08-22. My daughter and I. We found a white dress that my daughter liked. But the girl in charge of the fitting rooms. Said it’s the shop policy that you can not try white clothes on. So gave us the same style dress in black to try. My daughter tired this. But as you can imagine. You get a complete different look in black. So sadly she did not want the dress. But my daughter found a pink top which she wanted. We was standing at the till. Waiting to buy the pink top. When the rude arrogant. Girl on the fitting room. Came up accusing us of breaking a button on the dress. She was so rude to us in front of customers. Who agreed she was totally out of order. And should never speak to customers in that way. We never damaged anything and If we had. Do you honestly think we would of waited around in the shop. We will never step foot in this shop again. The young girl on the fitting room should get her facts right. Before trying to humiliate someone in public. I will actually take this matter further as the humiliation was un called for. When we did nothing wrong . !!!

   Unfortunately can't give less than a star. I've bought a shirt, brought it home and after wearing it once I have realized that there was a whole in the sleeve. I brought it back to the shop one week later with the receipt to be told that I did tear the shirt so they would not change it nor give me a refund as it had never happened before. I kept calm and explained that I hadn't notice the hole before as they sell the shirt with the sleeves rolled up and they still did not want to listen to reason... not even when the law clearly give me right. I have spoken with citizen advice consumer department who told me that I could bring this matter to court, and as petty as this is, I think I will do it, just for the principle of things.
