I was served by someone who really seemed to know her fabric and fashion and gave me some great advice. I'm annoyed with myself for not asking her name for my review.
Top notch customer service. The staff were super attentive, they even offered a pair of shoes to try with my outfit, and helped me when selecting the items I wanted to try on. I'd love to be back soon to do a proper styling session!

Really lovely staff .Member of staff Lucy went above and beyond to track down an outfit for me.She saved me a trip into Central London.I didn't ask her to do this and didn't know it was possible but she offered and put time and effort in and I picked it up from Bromley store. Great customer service ,she was amazing !! Thank you xx
