   My partner found good collection and great colours. The purchasing item was displayed with discount on each piece and cashier said wrongly put as discounted. Not sure why said same twice. Can be bit more organised and polite.

   Absolutely rude customer service, and disorganised shop. If I know a channel to file a complaint for my experience today, I would. Clearly Monsoon is rather confident of its products that they think customer service is not essential. I wouldn’t bother going in if cheerful shopping is what you are after.

   Went to this store as I wanted a new bag. They had a good selection in the sale. Didnt buy a bag but purchased a purse. Always find the products here are good quality and last a long time! Parking is in the car park.

   The layout of this shop really lets it down. There is so much potentional but it felt cluttered and unorganised. The queue is also in the middle of the shop and I ended up having to weave through people to get out of the shop.

   I took my daughter there to get her very first ear piercing and the gentleman who did the piercing was very knowledgeable and very professional, he delivered a 100% service and made my daughter feel very comfortable during the process. Highly recommended

   I am unable to assess how good or otherwise the clothing is in this store essentially because I am of the male gender as as such am not entitled to rest my weary limbs. I found one particular member of staff very abrupt. Totally lacking in customer service skills. In stark contrast to the warm reception I got while my wife shopped with lots of help from the staff. I was ushered to a comfortable sofa and even got the latest Cricket score from one of the assistants. As I had no sign. Customer service . Customer service. Customer service.
