   Isabella and her manager transformed my back-to-school shopping experience on Sunday. With a grumpy, 14-year old daughter in tow, we were struggling to find charcoal grey trousers (she won't wear the uniform skirt or dress). I was scanning the clothes and was about to give up, again, when asked if I needed help. Boy did I need it, and I explained what I was looking for. The manager went straight to the Camilla trouser. In fact, Isabella was wearing the black version and said it is her go-to trouser. They only had one in grey in my daughter's size, so seamlessly pulled up the tablet and ordered a second pair for me online, which arrived at my home 3 days later. Thank you for reading the situation right and for providing excellent retail (and emotional) support. I will be back !

   I had a little bit of time between zoom calls today to return some items I purchased online. What was meant to be a quick dash to the store turned out to be an extremely lengthy process. First the sales assistant run off in the middle of processing the refund to serve another customer, rather than letting them know that she was already helping someone, then she laughed at my company name which is most certainly not any funnier then ‘whistles’ for a clothes shop. Then she did not know how to process the refunds and we had to wait for the manager, who was apparently next door (at Ted Baker?) and was taking a while to come back. When the manager finally showed up, she proceeded to ask me all the same questions that her colleague already asked. Super frustrating experience. She apologies for all that, that’s why 3 stars and not 1.
