I would have spent about £50 in here had the staff not been so unwelcoming. No smile. No hello. Nothing at any point so I just decided to leave despite the fact it’s a lovely shop apart from the grumpy staff. I get that people are busy but a smile costs nothing.
I spoke on the phone with someone called Sasha, she was a lovely lady, very cheerful sounded like she was happy to help so you could speak to her with confidence, i was after a jellycat of course it was a specific one! She went above and beyond to help, we found the last one and it was almost as if she was excited which made it more exciting. Honestly never shopped here before so first impressions it was welcoming! Amazing customer service and would recommend to people shopping! Im thankful for her help and wish her lots of love and happiness in her future!
I just love this shop. Beautiful skirts, tops and Jelly Cat toys galore! Me and the kids can’t walk past without popping in. Plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. Also great for last minute gifts for kids, adults, grandparents! Pop in if you haven’t already
Bunka Beckenham is a beautiful little place to shop. The staff are polite and welcoming. Kelly, Kitty and the other young ladies are always friendly and smiling, one of my favourite place to shop whenever I am in the area.
This one of the many shops that wants to “keep Beckenham high street white” unfriendly towards black people and they make you feel like you shouldn’t be there. I think small businesses like this need to welcome people from all cultures because we all have money to spend !
I came in to get some new clothe. They had a great selection of casual wear and some high-end clothing so I will definitely be shopping here again soon!
Love this shop. Great for finding birthday/Christmas gifts and also does some lovely clothes, both for women and men.
