Staff could be a lot nicer and helpful. Staff using their personal mobile phones while you are waiting in line to pay is not professional.
I have been a frequent customer of this store—both offline and online—for the past 1.5 years. However, after experiencing extremely rude behavior from a female employee at this branch, I’ve decided never to shop here again. We are paying with our hard-earned money; we are not taking anything for free. Such disrespectful behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. Thank you.
Clean, tidy, and well organised store. Very polite and helpful staff, who are keen to help. Didn't spend too long queuing either.
The customer service and the people who’s working within is horrible. They ain’t friendly and very rude. Especially there’s one girl who has a very bad attitude. Overall do not waste your time going to this store.
I had a pleasant interaction with the cashier, but the security guard, a man with glasses, made me feel uncomfortable. He kept staring at my baby while I was trying on shoes. I found the situation unsettling and left because I was worried for my baby's safety.
Unable to exchange the item due to the salesperson Myesha. Also, totally agree with the review made by Kay below. Surely one of the worst New Look shop I have ever come across in London.
Absolutely delightful experience shopping at this store! I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)
Not worth visiting. Staff are rude and it’s a tiny, messy shop with poor choice. I popped in for a basic white T-shirt at 6.30pm today, a staff member saw me picking an item and then went to close the shutters half way, I left and had to stoop under to get out. They don’t close until 7pm. I went to Tesco next door instead.
Never have a good experience at this branch. Staff are not friendly and don’t seem to care about the store or their customers. There is one young gentleman who is quite new and always pleasant but the rest are miserable. I come here regularly as it’s my local branch but I always prefer going to the central stores if I have the time. This branch always seems to have terrible customer service and long queues. There’s been a few occasions I have been in and there isn’t even staff on the shopfloor and one occasion there was a shoplifter I had alerted staff and they didn’t seem too bothered to let security in the centre know or anything. I have been in twice for an exchange now and both times I’ve had to wait whilst they go up and down to discuss amongst each other what to do. I’m assuming nobody has been given quality training as management to handle refunds/exchanges. They said the rules keep changing so they don’t know the procedure. Really poor communication and service.
