Staff don't have any attitude or whatever. The pc buttons are broken. Mic bitten off or smth. Net sucks and can't play a single game. Literally when I asked if I can get my money back for that experience which I didn't get to play anygame they said no. I never been scammed like this. No one knows a thing and no games to be played. Wasted a 20 pounds despite be coming many times just to give it a chance. All the days were the same. Only one staff was pretty decent. Others are not.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs (Wish I could give 0 stars) This was hands-down the worst gaming experience I’ve ever had. The ping was ridiculous over 500ms at all times, making every game unplayable. Lag was so bad, it felt like a slow-motion movie good luck even landing in Fortnite. The game selection was pathetic, with outdated titles and barely any new games. The equipment was trash too sticky PS5 controllers, broken Xbox joysticks, and chairs that felt like torture devices. To top it off, the staff were clueless, and the pricing? A rip-off for broken machines and laggy servers. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this dump. It’s a total joke.

The guy i was with was very helpful, he helped set up, however there was a small selection of games, computer was not working, ping was on 400. Roblox did not work. Will not be coming here again and i advise you do the same, No Supervision, very loud customers.

Walked in, ready to frag, but was greeted with the dreaded "we're doing some updates" spiel. They warned me about potential ping spikes, but I thought, "How bad could it be?" Spoiler: It was bad. Fired up Valorant, only to discover I’d need to update. No biggie, right? Except this update crawled along at a glacial 1MB/s. Yep, I spent a whole hour watching the loading bar creep by like it was running a marathon with a sprained ankle. Finally got in-game, and it was like trying to play on a potato connected to dial-up. 200+ ping, and the game suggested I should try playing on Paris servers—because apparently, that’s where my connection decided to take a vacation. Long story short, I spent 1.5 hours staring at loading screens and lagging my way around the map before I walked out in defeat. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy spending your day pass watching paint dry

Really bad. I came here to meet up with a friend I met on Valorant. Meeting in real life! We wanted to play some games n stuff. We had a base ping of around 200 that spiked to 400 at sometimes. We even disconnected from our games 1-2 times. For the rest the staff is nice, though I kind of regret coming here. It was a waste of time and brought a lot of frustration.

Absolutely waste of time and money. From a store that specialises in games and consoles, nothing works properly, cables are far too small so you have to sit uncomfortably. Very poor selection of games to choose from, the staff haven’t got a clue. Avoid like the plague

Really disappointed. Took ages to work out what games we could play as had no proper instruction. Didn't know until an hour into it(using the keyboard controls to play a roblox game that kept crashing) that we could play on an Xbox. This seemed better but still took time to load up games and in was intermittently crashing. Won't be going again

Left my 12 year old son and his two friends for 2 hours of gaming. They absolutely loved it! Had the chance to try out some new, age-appropriate games. Staff were super friendly, nice atmosphere, felt like a safe place for then to hang out and good value too at £5 each per hour.

Spectacular staff and great environment to be in for any occasion. The experience I had was amazing the staff are very welcoming, down to earth and know how to have a good laugh with the customers, especially those who are regulars (like myself). The staff also have a great knowledge of everything they have to offer making any problem you easy to fix.
