   I’d give it zero stars if I could. This is the third time I’ve bought something from this place, and there won’t be a fourth. Every single time I make a purchase, there’s always a problem! The shop assistant, a young woman, always gets something wrong. Today she even overcharged me because the barcode didn’t work, so she entered it manually. Luckily, I noticed. She gives you broken or dirty items, and she didn’t even wrap my purchase as a gift or give me a bag. Absolutely ridiculous.

   I had a fabulous time in this cute little store, although the weather was wet outside the warmth of the customer service made the trip ultimately incredibly pleasant. Their deals on jellycats are also something to admire as I couldn’t leave without getting my own. What a store!

   This shop is a scam !! I ordered online for a little girl's birthday gift, the shop shipped late and missed the birthday despite I emailed after placing the order. One item is out of stock, but full amount had been taken. I had emailed the shop three times in last one week, never heard back. Be careful if you want to shop here !

   We always pop into this lovely, little shop in Forest Hill, whenever we’re visiting our daughter. We’ve purchased some unique household items over the years, as well as gifts for our grandson. He loves his Jellycat, super soft bashful puppy- cuddles it and takes it everywhere. Their online click and collect service is fast and efficient too. Recommend!

   A really good example of why its worth buying local. I popped in to try and find a pair of trousers for a last minute occasion and when they found they didn't have my size in stock they organised them to be picked up from their sister shop and dropped off in time for me to collect them. Friendly considerate local service and a good range of products.

   Very impressed with the customer service today. I entered the shop looking to buy the moomin lamp however there was only one left in stock that was slightly tatty. When I told the cashier that I'd be giving it as a gift to someone, she showed me what other moomin themed items they had in-store and even let me know of other stores that sell moomin themed plushies and lamps. To top it all off, in the end I was able to keep the moomin lamp for free. Will visit again.

   Firstly this shop offers really lovely products and is a great place to find interesting and unusual gifts. But today I was really impressed by the staff - particularly Laura. A gentleman entered the shop who behaved in a strange and intimidating way. I felt very uncomfortable in his presence as he spoke directly to me instead of browsing. Laura very politely but firmly asked him to leave the shop which he did. I am not easily intimidated, but this gentleman's presence was very unsettling. Thank you Laura and her colleague for being so kind :)

   We stopped by here for a couple of last-minute presents for a niece (7) and nephew (3) and found a lovely bag, puzzle and hair clips. Friendly service. They've managed to fit a lot in a small space (sometimes a bit of a squeeze because of pushchairs but that's understandable!).
