Good but guys remember when someone collects their order, mark it as βcollectedβ from your system because scammers can take advantage situations like this in a way you wonβt understand. Nevertheless, I have collected my order one hour ago and still didnβt mark it as βcollectedβ.

I mainly click and collect from this store. They are very good with communication and ensuring you receive timely notification. Slightly busy during the festive period and evening collection time, so plan ahead. Great staff and service.

It Looks like that Next Tottenham hale and Next overall doesn't care about their customers. Received an email your order is ready to be collected you need to collect it before the Saturday the 30th , came to the store collect my order, ut the ID parcel in the machine and the machine display your order is there, you will get It in 3mn , staff said we will bring your parcel to you. 2hours I waited,20 mn without explanations, or explain what is the problem? staff serving others customers and waiting Stupidly for my parcel after telling me they cannot located my parcel while it clearly appears the parcel arrived to the shop and is ready to collect. I ask straight away for a refund, they told me they need to call the refund service, put in hold for 40 mn, while the manager she around and doesn't care completely or even apologise or tried to resolve the problems herself. Staff in difficulties call the manager for help more than twice before she dares come out. In total 1 hour waited to finds my Parcel after saying got missing , didn't find it 1 hour waited to be refunded. If the parcel not in store, why do next keep sending email to the customers to collect , let them travel to the shop, wasting time while having children Just Shame! Really disappointed

This is the 2nd time Iβve been to this store now and the customer service is terrible, I swear they have like 4 people working in the store. I went Sunday afternoon and there was no one upstairs for a good 10 minutes so I ended up leaving as I didnβt want to waste my time. Then I went back Monday after work and managed to collect my parcel but everyone was waiting for ages. They just need more staff working there

Is it me or is there a very limited selection at the moment? I always find most of their stuff is in blues and red/wines anyway (I prefer autumn hues) but even there I find little to attract custom....However, baby section is wonderful...so much variety and good quality- if only I had a baby.....!!

I had a massive online order to return and the self service machine kept crashing. The assistant was so patient and kept trying to reset it and but could not manage it. I was then taken to the desk and one of the assistants manually did all my returns! A big shout and thank you out to Noor and Kaia for being so polite and patient.

I have always wondered when you hire interview staff what are the criteria.... ???? .... I walk into the store, the security guards look at me like I'm a criminal .... hello.... ???? I waited on the second floor for ten minutes to be served!.. so and I didn't buy the items!!! I'm going to the home improvement store to buy air freshener , I ask a girl to guide me to find my home air freshener box, she doesn't know anything, she called two more colleagues .... wow... And finally I bought a Β£26 home freshener out of wonder. Well this is the first and the last time I will visit this store! PS: And last but not least, the store is dirty, cluttered and very very dusty! .... .... And Β£2 for a bag, are you ready????? ...

Extremely rude staff. I used the self service machine to collect an online order and was left waiting for a long time while others walked in front of me to queue up and ask the staff directly to collect their online orders. When i finally queued up to speak to staff member i was rudely told that the staff were busy serving other customers and that i should have been patient. Don't bother having the self collect machine if you aren't going to serve those customers and you make them wait longer!!! And don't be rude to customers who have patiently waited and didn't say a thing while this happened, i was just reading my phone quietly this whole time until i realised that everyone else was being seen first, at which point i queued up quietly and respectfully!!
