   I usually shop at the Apricot store in Lakeside, but last Friday yesterday I decided to visit the Stratford Westfield branch as I needed a party dress for a Sunday event. I must say, I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I received there. A girl named (Afrin or Afran )was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me – bringing me different sizes again and again, showing me alternative dresses , suggesting which outfit suited me best and what jewellery would complement it. What really impressed me was how she managed to help other customers at the same time without ever seeming irritated. She always had a smile on her face and stayed so patient and friendly throughout. This is what I call excellent customer service. I truly appreciate all her help and patience excellent behaviour . I highly recommend this branch, and I will definitely be coming back to shop here again.

   I visited the store sunday the 13th of march at 15:50 me and my wife, The staff were really rude they were mocking, standing chatting in codes between each other and they couldn't stop themselves from laughing at us and their third colleague who was trying to help us. even the old Indian lady i believe while she was speaking to her colleague( Faiza) about Eid celebration she started to laugh again in front of us and she said to her colleague " i can't get over this". All I can see very rude, very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the staff.

   The staff working there was really rude. Think her name was shahana or shanana. She has no customer service, her way of greeting customer is rude. Doesn’t even smile and speaks rudely. She was mumbling and saying things which I found really rude. Never seen such a rude sales person who has no qualities of being a sales person

   Apricot is one of my favourite shop. They have nice dresses and other women's clothes with good quality. I usually order online, but whenever I go to Westfield, I always visit this store.

   I came for returning a dress. The dress had issues with zip because of which it was returned. The counter lady "Thin Zar A" ridiculed me and rejected the return request. Wasted much of my time trying to prove my rights as a customer. Apricot simply doesn't value it. You've lost one customer today and my respect.

   I had an awful experience in your store at Stratford yesterday! I am a disabled person with a walking stick and I was left waiting for over 5 minutes while the young lady behind the counter looked and me waiting and she continued to fold clothes. Then when I walked over, I said hello and I was met with a rude attitude. The young lady did not apologise for keeping me waiting or say hello, she snatched the dress out of my hand and scanned it and then gave me a dirty look asking if, I wanted a bag. I replied and said yes and she walked off to the back to get a bag. You would think the counter would be stocked with them. I wouldn’t mind if, she had told me where she was going. I paid and then asked to speak with the manager and the young lady said he is on lunch and does not know when he will be back, I asked if, she could get them as I am unhappy with the service I have received. The young lady responded saying what have I done! And then said well you can wait an hour then, then she said you can speak to one of my juniors who then came along and I again asked to speak with the manager as I am not happy at all. The junior then responded and said the manager, she was on lunch. I then questioned why I was told the manager is a he when they are a she, I asked again to see the manager who emerged. I expressed that I was unhappy with the service and why and the manager just kept nodding her head and seemed uninterested in what I had to say and then said oh I am shocked as I have not had a complaint about this staff member the manager then turned around and walked off. No apology or anything. What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely disgusting! I will not be shopping here again!!

   Today (14/05/22) my mum and aunt visited the store and they was in the changing room. A staff member then came inside without knocking saying she was looking for “sunglasses” my aunt and mum then stopped everything got away and let her look. She then left without apologising. She then came again without knocking and said “sunglasses” whist my mum and aunt was changing. After when my mum and aunt came out and handed the clothes she then demanded them to fix the clothes “properly” and hang it. She was very rude and had zero manners. This is so disappointing especially when my mum only shops from Apricot and is a loyal customers from many years.The company should invest in teaching their staff some manners and give them proper training as this was a terrible experience.

   I love this shop ... the fashion just suits me. I always find something I like here, I love their dresses, swing style, easy to wear and flattering. They have some lovely jumpers in at the moment as well The staff were helpful and its my go to any time I visit Westfield
