   Over all this place is decent however the employee named Theresa is absolutely horrible. She has zero customer service skills. I have encountered her a few times whilst shopping here and every time it’s an unpleasant experience. She is very rude and disrespectful. Even her demeanour is unwelcoming as she lacks initiative and doesn’t want to help you when shopping. My latest encounter with her was of the same fashion- I asked for my student discount to be applied to which she claimed “it doesn’t go through- she didn’t try to thereafter fix it or call over a college to assist - which I also refuse to believe is true- why would a 10% discount not go through- every other time I have had it be done and her colleagues sort it out- they see my id and apply it. If this was my first encounter with her id of given her the benefit of the doubt however given that all my encounters with her are truly negative I refuse to think this is a genuine issue. Unfortunately I have also heard others complaining about her attitude. I hope choice can look into this as the place is generally very decent, such a let down.

   I just brought me some jeans I have no idea if there fit because they don't have a changing room all it would require is a is a booth and curtain. I do wish they would cram less into the store and be bit more imaginative with space also I like both more space between women/mens clothing just to make easier to shop. Open later on a Saturday would be really helpful because I work near by and finish at 6 so I could have time to pop by. A decent selection of clothing especially for those who have their own style.

   The store had a wider range of genuinely discounted items in the past but has gradually become an extension of the standard discount strategy in most stores. Racks are packed and areas cramped with reasonably priced clothes and some genuine discounts.

   I bought some jackets today and received extremely bad service. I got to the till and there were only two staff serving yet they were busy chatting with each. it got to my turn and while the cashier was serving me, the other cashier was still chatting with her telling the one serving me that her last customer was very rude, disregarding the fact that I'm a customer wanting to be served quickly and efficiently. While the cashier was scanning my items, I notice the prices coming up on the till are different amounts from the PRICE TAG ! i drew her attention to the price Tags and she said there's NOTHING she can do about it because the scan have the RIGHT price and the TAG is a mistake! I asked her to check with a manager because this is not the only jacket there with that price tag, there are others of the SAME jacket with the SAME PRICE TAG. Supervisor came and said I have to paid the price on screen because this is a mistake. I then said to her that I understand mistakes happens but all the other jackets have the same price tag therefore, I have to pay the price advertised. She refused and said take it or leave! I asked for her name, she refused to tell me, asked the name of the store manager, she refused again. WHAT A SERVICE!

   I would rate it lower. This shop is known for thief’s and the managers and staff are involved in this. They have cramped the shop floor so badly that the kids section has no room for parents with buggy’s to move around in, leaving them no choice but to move away from there buggy to look at cloths. Many people have had their phones, wallets, and purse and handbags stolen from this shop. I am one of them. I was expecting staff and manager to help me but instead they started playing the avoid game with me. One staff member was so rude that I will never step into that shop again. They are working along side the thieves in The Mall and High street. Reason I say this is because, the amount of people who’s belongings are stolen in that store on daily, you would think that management and the head office would do somthing about it. They have CCTV installed but when a theft happens they can’t see anyone or anything. ( my advise reduce the cloths rails on the floor, make room so people can walk around with out having to rub up against each other. When your cramped in a shop and everyone is passing by you having to squizz passed u don’t realise who the thief is. VERY VERY BAD SHOP STAY AWAY AND IF YOU CANT THEN KEEP YOUR VALUABLE LOCKED UP IN YOU KNICKERS
